This is a very dated property, dangerous parking , the rooms are small and they have no AC the heater is a wall unit behind a chair, sketchy at best the TV remote does not work, bath has a shower mold on dealing and under tiles on floor. Good bed, somewhat clean but this is my worst room this year.

I rarely make review, but this place is rated way too high. Dirty bedspread and floor, old shower, minimal towels, hole in bathroom wall, very noisy next to freeway, no air conditioning or sound proofing. 96 degrees! Not worth the money

Upon brining our belongings in we found rat droppings. Our room window was open in the back of the property and there we found a dead rat. The property staff wasn’t able to accommodate another room to do vacancy and couldn’t offer to refund the room back. I do not recommend this property. Not only did we find the rat droppings we also found hair on the pillows.

The bathroom mirror vanity was dirty & in disrepair. Bathtub needed caulking. The air vent in the main room was very dirty & I am sure the filters have not been changed in a long time. Front entrance mat & surrounding cement needed to be cleaned & swept. Price was only $77 & I needed to leave around 8 am. Quick overnight stay so price was OK.

Furniture is dated but in good condition. Mini-fridge is a good size. The worst part is the controls on the heater don’t work so it is either on (very loud) or off. There isn’t AC so you don’t want to be there during a heat wave.

This motel was completely misrepresented on the Hotels.com site, it was dirty, so dirty that the socks that I wore to keep from walking barefoot on the dirty floor went into the garbage, one thin towel and two washcloths for four guests, furniture run down, dirty. No amenities, shampoo and soap dispensers were mostly empty, not an enjoyable stay at all and I wasn't even comfortable sleeping on the beds, which were also misrepresented when viewing this property on your site. Because of this and the fact that we had already paid and was to late to cancel I will probably not book with Hotels.com in the future because I won't feel that I can trust what is being represented on your site. You really need to inspect these sites before representing them on Hotels.com the pictures from your site were, I'm pretty sure staged

Floors were disgusted dirty…..if you took you shoes off your socks were black in just a few minutes. Bathroom floor was dirty, when your step out of the shower you could see footprints where your wet feet were on the floor and your feet were black so nasty

We checked out after an hour. The room was filthy and there was mold in the bathroom, the mirror was rusty, and there was hair in the shower. The front desk didn't really want to give us more towels (had like 3 in a 6 person room) and the towels they gave were almost see through. We ended up finding another room in town and cut our losses.

Our room appeared to be clean with modest furnishings and a comfortable bed. It wasn’t until the morning after taking a shower and walking barefoot in the room that we discovered how filthy the floor actually was. My feet were black!! Had to get back in the shower to clean them and put my shoes on immediately. Spoke to staff on duty who came to look at it and they apologized. Not sure if anything will be done. Would not stay there again.

Didn’t end up staying there. First room dirty, second room had to go back to rest card key. Second room dirty also. They had no additional rooms. At that point I don’t think I would have stayed there if they did. Would not recommend this property to anyone.
