- Well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher and combined oven / microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle.
- Modern shower room with walk-in shower
- 2 bedrooms (1x double bed with electrically adjustable slatted frames with access to the balcony, 1 x 2 single beds)
- Living room: Large cozy corner couch, flat screen TV with satellite and cable connection, DVD and CD player, numerous novels, board games

The house is located in the middle of a holiday park with all amenities such as a shopping center, restaurant, covered swimming pool with separate pool for the little ones, slide in the large pool and with a large outdoor slide, playgrounds, bike rental etc., tennis courts, basketball court, bocce court, mini golf, children's activities. The house is only 500m from Grevelingen beach. Up to the 21 km long North Sea beach it is approx. 6 km.
Ideal for a relaxed and varied or active vacation for families and water sports enthusiasts.

Sunny Zeeland: Schouwen-Duiveland is the northernmost part of Zeeland and is known for the length (21 km in total) and cleanliness of the beaches. Statistics have also shown that this area has the most hours of sunshine a year. The stands on Schouwen-Duiveland have been given the 'blue flag' for years. This award is only given if there are certain requirements for water quality, cleanliness and safety. The Grevelingenmeer is also very popular with surfers, divers and also suitable for other water sports. This was created by the Grevelingen and Brouwers dams.

Interesting: Various picturesque and historical towns are worth highlighting here: Zierikzee, Renesse, Brouwershaven etc.
to visit: the Vordelta (where man meets nature), Neeltje Jans (exhibition with lots of information about the 'Delta' conservation project, also very interesting for children), the Delta Works.
Large forest and dune area, which is ideal for hiking, cycling and horse riding.
The coastline is divided into different beach sections: family beaches (beach pavilion and surveillance by the rescue brigade in season) / water and sports beaches on Brouwersdam (extreme sports buggy kiting, stunt kite climbing) / families / water and sports beaches (a mixture of both) / natural beaches (recreation and calm, nude bathing is allowed in different areas).

Very nice holiday home

We had a very pleasant stay in this holiday home. The home is very neat, has a nice private garden and is supplied with everything you may need. The communication by the owners is very good and also the check in and check out is well taken care off. The location of the home in the property of Landal Port Greve is also very nice as it is in a more quit part of the island Schouwen Duiveland.

Sehr schön gelegene Ferienwohnung an einem kleinen See, gelegen innerhalb eines Ferienparks mit Blick in die Ferne auf Felder und Wiesen. Der vorgebaute Wintergarten bietet zusätzlichen Platz. Garternmöbel waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist kinderfreundlich. Spielsachen sind vorhanden. Der Garten ist abschliessbar und "kindersicher" Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit ausreichend Geschirr, Spülmaschiene, Induktionsherd und kleinem Backoffen und integrierter Mikrowelle.

Es war ein ganz toller Urlaub mit der Familie. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt wenn man etwas Ruhe im Trubel haben will. Man kann in der Anlage Fahrräder mieten, einkaufen, essen gehen und Spielplätze besuchen wenn man möchte. Strände und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind mit dem Auto von hier aus in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.Wir haben jeden Tag im Wintergarten gefrühstückt und zu Abend gegessen, einfach herrlich.Die Kommunikation zwischen Frau Peters und Rick vor Ort war ebenfalls einwandfrei und problemlos. Einzig ein leichter Abwassergeruch im Eingang zum Haus Richtung Bad hat die 5 Sterne verhindert, sonst alles ganz toll.

Es hat uns alles in allem sehr gut gefallen. Das Ferienhausareal ist wirklich richtig schön. Die Ferienwohnung hat uns auch sehr gut gefallen. Toll ist der Wintergarten, da kann man auch bei schlechterem Wetter oder viel Wind sehr gut sitzen, insbesondere da im Wintergarten eine Beschattung vorhanden ist. Ein Manko könnte für ältere Leute die doch sehr schmale und steile Wendeltreppe, welche einen in das ausgebaute Dachgeschoss bringt, sein. Des Weiteren liegt das Schlafzimmer im Dach, was etwas mehr Wärmeentwicklung zur Folge hat. War aber völlig o.k. für uns, da Rollos, sowie Fliegengitter überall vorhanden waren und somit Lüften kein Problem war. Deshalb von uns: Daumen hoch!

Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, in einem naturgebundenen Ambiente, ist hier genau richtig,!

Wir haben unseren dringend benötigten Urlaub in vollsten Zügen genossen! Bereits im Vorfeld waren wir von der tollen und zeitnahen Kommunikation mit unserer Hauseigentümerin positiv überrascht. Mit dem sehr freundlichen Empfang durch den Verwalter konnte der Urlaub beginnen. Die großzügige und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete FeWo ließ es an nichts fehlen. Alles sehr sauber und modern gehalten. Der Wintergarten, dessen Glasschiebetüren zu öffnen sind, war das Sahnehäubchen. Strand und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten sind in schnell erreichbarer Entfernung. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen! Vielen lieben Dank für eine unvergesslich schöne Auszeit!!

Sehr schönes Haus

Wir sind freundlich von unsrem Verwalter empfangen worden, er hat uns alles gezeigt und und uns Tipps für mögliche Unternungen gegeben. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und beim angucken von anderen Häusern, scheinbar eins der wenigen mit Wintergarten.Den haben wir ständig genutzt und als Vorteil empfundenen.Vor dem Haus ist ein Bachlauf mit Enten und vom Balkon in der ersten Etage kann man alles schön überblicken.Die Beschreibung entspricht ganz der Internetseite. Alles ist vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst, außer vielleicht ein scharfes Messer .Von der Lage des Hauses ist mit dem Fahrrad, oder auch mit dem Auto vieles schnell erreicht. Mit dem Fahrrad konnten wir vieles erkunden, die Fahrradwege sind, wie gewohnt in Holland, super.Der Strand in Renesse lädt zum laufen ein.Das Wetter war einigermaßen, sodass wir unseren Urlaub sehr genossen haben. Unsere Verwaltung hat uns persönlich verabschiedet und den Schlüssel entgegen genommen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und der Kontakt einwandfrei und problemlos. Wir würden dieses Haus gerne weiterempfehlen und auch jederzeit wieder kommen.

Hallo, einen lieben Gruß an alle Miturlauber und an die Vermieter und die Verwalter.Bedanken möchte ich mich für die sehr nette Beratung und Betreuung durch die netten Verwalter des Ferienhauses und natürlich bei Frau Peters (unbekannterweise).Das Objekt hat alles was man zum Urlaub und Erholen braucht,da wir über die Karnevalswoche vor Ort waren war es himmlisch ruhig und man konnte lange Spaziergänge machen und man stand sich absolut nicht auf den Füßen.Dazu hatten wir Wahnsinn-Wetter und man konnte in der Sonne abschalten und Farbe annehmen.Dazu geschmackvolle und praktische Einrichtung plus farblich sehr liebevoll gestalteter Accessoires etc. Wintergarten mit tollen Sitzgelegenheiten und Rollliegen die zum Sonnen einluden.Ansonsten konnten wir uns nur über die komplette Ausrüstung des Ferienhauses freuen und verbleiben mit freundlichen Grüßen Beate und Alfred Katthagen P.S Wenn's möglich ist kommen wir wieder und legen den zukünftigen Urlaubern dieses angenehme Angebot an die Herzen Beda

Schöne Lage

Die Lage der Wohnung war super für Ausflüge und auch im Park gab es immer etwas zu tun - vor allem für Kinder. Das im Erdgeschoss gelegene Bad war für uns mit Kind etwas unpraktisch mit der steilen Treppe. Sonst haben wir uns wohlgefühlt.

Wunderschöne Herbstwoche

Ein wirkliches Wohlfühlhaus in einer sehr ruhigen Umgebung. Check-in OK, Check-out und unkompliziert! Alles war gut ausgestattet (TV viele deutschen Sender), die Küche gut ausgerüstet, die Betten bequem und beim Aufwachen hatten wir eine wunderschönen morgendlichen Ausblick. Die überdachte Terrasse war jedoch das Beste! Bei Hitze ... Wohnung aufheizen, bei Regen ein Buch lesen ... oder nur relaxen ...

Idyllisches Traumhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Die Lage ist ruhig und privat. Die Ausstattung ist sehr umfangreich. Es ist nett eingerichtet und geräumig. Lediglich das Eltern Schlafzimmer ist etwas eng. Aber ansonsten hat man reichlich Platz und Stauraum. Die Sauberkeit war ok, man darf halt nicht so genau in die Ecken schauen. Der Wintergarten ist unschlagbar. Einfach praktisch. Die Lage ist top. Der ferienpark ist ideal für Familien. Dessen Fotos im Inserat könnten mal erneuert bzw. ausgetauscht werden. Zu dem Zentrum läuft man ca. 10 Minuten, zum Strand (Grevelingenmeer) 15 Minuten. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und bedanken uns für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Schönes, grosszügiges Ferienhaus

Kontaktperson vor Ort ziemlich unflexibel in Bezug auf Ankunfts- und Abreisezeit (wir wollten aufgrund langer Heimreise um 6 Uhr abreise - im Normalfall geht das nur ab 10 Uhr und wir mussten etwas diskutieren, um eine Lösung zu finden).

Wir waren sehr angetan von diesem Haus. Modern und trotzdem gemütlich. Der Wintergarten war phänomenal! Durch ihn wurde das Haus erst zu einem richtigen Wohlfühlort. Selbst die Tatsache, dass ich mit über 70 Jahren in einem Bett für Kinder schlafen musste, schmälerte unseren Aufenthalt in keinster Weise. Würde hier jederzeit wieder loggieren.

Hervorragend

Wir (Ehepaar 69 und 70 Jahre) haben uns in diesem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, der große Wintergarten ist ein riesiges Plus, die Lage direkt am Kanal und der Blick vom oberen Balkon ebenso. Uns fehlte wirklich an nichts. Der Ort ist eine gute Ausgangslage für ausgiebige Fahrradtouren. Durch den persönlichen Check-in (inklusive einer Flasche Wein) fühlten wir uns sehr willkommen geheißen. Diese Adresse kommt auf unsere Merkliste.

Gemütliches Haus in Ferienpark

Wir hatten ein schöne Zeit in Port Greve. Tolle Infrastruktur durch die Lage in einem Ferienpark, strandnah (kleiner Strand), schöne Ausflugsziele in der Umgebung. Besonders der Wintergarten am Haus ist bei wechselhaftem Wetter sehr vorteilhaft.

Leider war die Woche so schnell vorbei, wir konnten nur ein Bruchteil der Insel besichtigen, wertden jedoch wieder kommen.
