The area offers a wide range of leisure activities, including visits to charming little towns along the coast, exploring vineyards and local restaurants, and, of course, the beaches. The Istralandia Water Park is just a few minutes’ drive away.



Whilst an enchanting Mediterranean landscape awaits you by the sea, further inland the terrain becomes hilly and mountainous, allowing you to wander through forests and vineyards and climb up to vantage points. Look forward to a wonderful time in Istria.



Please note: The owner also lives on the property, but guests enjoy complete privacy. No communal areas or facilities are shared with the owner. Only the outdoor car park on the fenced-off property is shared.
