Need the Sofa Bed? Just Let Us Know!

At Nested, your comfort is our priority. In apartments equipped with a sofa bed, we’re happy to prepare it with fresh linens and everything you need, just let us know in advance!
To ensure a smooth check-in experience, please request the sofa bed setup before your arrival date.
If the request is made after check-in, a 75€ service fee will apply to cover preparation and logistics.

Towels:

● Fresh towels are provided upon arrival.
● Additional towel requests will incur an extra fee.

For stays longer than 7 days:

The first additional towel request is free of charge.
The second and any subsequent requests will be subject to an additional fee.

Cleaning Request:

● For stays of 28 days or more, we offer a complimentary bi-weekly cleaning service, including towel and linen exchange, to ensure a fresh and comfortable stay.
● For stays of less than 28 days, cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee.

Cleaning & Maintenance Team Working Hours:

● Cleaning & Maintenance Team Availability: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CET.
● Emergency Maintenance: Extended until 10:00 PM CET, subject to analysis.
● Guest support is available from 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM CET

Guest Access:
Check-in is conducted in person between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Please inform us of your arrival time, and a member of our team will be there to assist you and hand over the keys.

Other Things to Note:
• This apartment is part of a serviced residence, providing guest support 7 days a week from 9 a.m. to midnight, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.

• A security deposit is required regardless of the stay duration, to ensure a secure and hassle-free experience.

• A signed rental agreement is required for long-term stays.

• Guests are granted a 30-minute grace period after the official check-out time (11 a.m.). Beyond this period, a late check-out fee will apply. Additionally, any damages, stains on the couch, or unauthorized additional guests will incur extra charges.
