The location was excellent, staff welcoming, and the family room was just perfect for my family of four (two adults, two teenagers). The lofted space with two twins gave my girls some privacy and made it feel spacious. Beds were very comfortable! Love the historic details they preserved.

Eve at the reception desk was delightful and welcoming. She arranged for our bags to be held until check in time, and also arranged for them to be carried up and down the stairs for us.

Wonderful location to walk to most of the attractions in Brussels. Some parts of the room had low ceilings but it was a unique loft style room. Shopping and dining steps from the room. Highly recommend this place. Staff was helpful as well!

Nice hotel in the middle of Brussels - short walks to almost all attractions and to the metro. Staff was very helpful. Many shops and restaurant close by. Our room was facing the plaza, so it was quite noisy until late at night. Note that all rooms require climbing at least one flight of stairs, but the staff helped us with our luggage.

Enjoyed our short stay in Brussels at Hotel Agora. It was clean and a great size room for just two nights. There are lifts to get to your designated floor and a great location if you want to be central and short walk to the train station. Would recommend this hotel.

This property has a concerning problem with access. There is no lift and the access to the second and third floors is via an incredibly steep and narrow spiral staircase. We were on the third floor and are over 70. We would never have stayed at this hotel if we were made away of the issues with the staircase
