Unfortunately we did not have a great experience because our room had a terrible smell and the carpet was very dirty. We requested to be moved to another unit, they replied via WhatsApp and we were sent to another room, then we had to wait outside of the room for about an hour with our luggage because the code to enter was not working. Our friends had the same issue with their room. The codes are a mess and customer service in WhatsApp is not the best one. They need to update the property and improve the code’s system. BTW, the Numa in Prague is really good!

Frustrating check-in service. Room and quality of the hotel was tired looking and worn. Breakfast was disappointing and served on disposable plates and with disposable cutlery. The bed was clean, there was no outside noise, and I slept well.

It’s a perfect location to the train station. Plus anything you want to do in the city. Cafe in the foyer is excellent. I’ll stay there again when I return.

Digital hotel is the way forward

I was initially apprehensive about staying at the hotel as its fully digital with no reception or key. However, i was extremely happy with the hotel and whole process. I was kept fully informed leading up to check in and had 24/7 in case of issues, which wasnt needed. The hotel is in excellent location close to all major sights and train station. Only thing that was a little disappointing was the breakfast as not much choice. However i would certainly recommend the hotel and stay again.

Great hotel with fun energy, lockers before check-in were a great perk for my group and the staff that showed us how to use them were very friendly. Clean rooms and great blackout curtains

Bad room good location

The online checkin was tedious process. They should mention all the requirements upfront. It was a chore. In my room, my bed was sloping at the edges and I almost fell off the bed. I had to make sure I was sleeping inbetween. Glad it was just me and not sharing my double bed. The room had a light mouldy smell to it, didn’t seemed to have been aired enough. No facial tissues when I suddenly woke up with congestion due to the odd smell. Location wise was good. Locker for free post checkout for a self serve hotel was good.

Nice hotel and very good location. I cannot completely get used to the idea of no reception or other staff. Maybe it works economically but a friendly welcome should not be underrated. Instead, the guest gets a series of text messages throughout the stay. That is why I zapped a star.

I checked in around midnight and the AC in my room was blowing hot air even after leaving it on for more than 30 min. I had to contact the staff on whatsapp as they are remote and requested for another room and after a lot of back and forth they assigned another one. Fortunately the staff was prompt in answering questions. Next day, I realized I left my Airpods in the previous room and asked the staff if they had seen them as the room was already cleaned. They replied saying they didn't find it but the Airpods location still indicated that they were inside the hotel. So I found some staff members in the lobby and fortunately I was able to recover them. It turns out one of the cleaning people had stolen the Airpods and kept it in their personal closet. I want to thank Judia and Yasmine for going above and beyond to help me find them!
