All the staff were friendly and very helpful. My wife and I especially appreciated Benoit, who checked us in. He gave us a lot of tips and information that helped us make the most of our limited time in Brussels. The accommodations were first-rate. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

This is a lovely older property very close to old Brussels and Grand Place but not right in the middle of the crowds. It is very well maintained and has a calm atmosphere. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. It is a short walk to the central station. The beautiful Galeries de St Hubert are almost across the street and there are many restaurants and waffle cafes. We would definitely recommend it.

I stayed for 3 nights in a very big double room, which also had an outdoor area between the buildings with two chairs. I didn't have breakfast included. The hotel was nice, clean, quiet and an old soul. The bed was good and the bathroom had a big shower and double sinks. It was located very close to one of the railway/metro stations, so it was very easy and quick to get there from the airport. And it was also close to the center of town with all the famous sights, restaurants and chocolate shops. They stored my luggage for a few hours before I left. Will definitely stay again.
