The hotel is situated in a dirty litter filled area that i didn't feel safe to walk at night. The property was very,very nice. Beautifully presented and spotless. The staff were very helpful and friendly

This hotel is wonderful! They have safe parking and the hotel is very comfortable. The area outside looks unsafe and littered. I don’t think I would walk around that neighborhood at night at all. We used Uber to get to and from the city center. The staff and the hotel itself was truly amazing and a true gem. All of their staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and very polite! I would stay here again regardless of the neighborhood.

Great hotel! Staff were amazing!

I dined and stayed here, and I really enjoyed both! The staff go above and beyond to make sure the guests have a great stay. The hotel is an oasis of class and comfort in a questionable neighborhood.

Great hotel for the price! Rooms are small but clean and perfect for if you're out all day, staff are very friendly and helpful. Its a bit of a walk to the city center but not too bad about 15 mins. The area around the hotel is a bit scruffy but youre only passing through so again not too bad, would definitely book again.

Nice stay, lovely little hotel which was very clean. Room was cleaned every day for us. Very friendly staff would stay again. 15 mins walk to brussels town centre. 10 min walk to the train station which you can get to a lot of major towns and other country's e.g Amsterdam. Area isnt the tidest as rubbish everywhere but very cultural.

Lovely Hotel, very helpful & friendly staff. Rooms were very spacious, clean and comfortable. Tram stop 5 minute walk and the train station is 15 minute walk. Overall an excellent stay.

Overall it’s a nice stay in this hotel, the room is clean and neat. No air conditioning but it’s ok in this weather. The service is good. It’s located between Station Midi and the town centre, require 15 mins walking between, the neighborhood is not a very pleasant area though.

Hotel is great, staff is very kind and helpful. The only downward is the location. It's located just a couple minutes away by feet of the center of the city and it feels like a totally different city. It's super dirty, with garbage and detritus laying in the street. It seems like a lot of residents in this area are, unfortunately, very filthy and disrespectful of the cleanliness of their city. It's too bad the hotel is located in this area because like I said, I have nothing wrong to say about th hotel itself, nor the staff. Everything was great.

I'll start by saying that the hotel is absolutely lovely. The staff are very welcoming and happy to help, the check-in process was very easy and the rooms were very comfortable. My biggest issue relates to the area that the hotel is in. It feels completely out of place. The area outside looks a mess, with trash all over, lots of parked cars, bins blocking large portions of the pavement and generally people loitering at all hours of the day. We were warned on check-in about pickpockets in the area and even the short walk from the tram stop to the hotel felt unsafe. There's unfortunately not a lot the hotel can do about this but I would say don't stay here as a vulnerable solo traveller as you'll feel very uncomfortable. As for the hotel, my only grumble was with the temperature of the shower. It would've been acceptable for washing your hands in but it made getting a shower a very cold and uncomfortable experience. We did report it to maintainance but was told it was beyond their control. It would also be beneficial to have some dimmer lights in the bathroom because it was very bright in there. On the plus side the foyer was lovely, the bedroom was spacious, it had a decent TV. The stay in the room was very comfortable so absolutely no complaints there.
