I loved the location of this hotel as well as the bathroom and shower water pressure. However, the design is something out of a horror film, I get to my room from the lobby I had to go up a flight of stairs, turn a corner, go down a flight of stairs, open the door to my room and go up another flight of stairs. My room was in a loft that had the most dangerous, broken, narrow stairs to the top. The room was insanely hot, despite meeting the temp to 19°C. I woke up every night drenched in sweat, soaked through the bed in the middle of December, the fan didn’t work and there were no windows to open up, just a weird skylight. It was quiet enough despite being able to hear water running through the walls. The bed was okay, pillows were bad. Everything just felt mildly dirty; grease, hair, fingerprints, etc. I definitely wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

The staff was friendly and helpful but the property could use some updates. Some bolts fell off of the elevator when the doors opened, the door handle to the bathroom fell off and the shower drain was clogged. The front desk attendant was nice enough to fix everything. Location was good and walkable to everything.

Great location but a slightly tired hotel. Be aware that the position right next to the Bourse means that there can be quite a lot of noise outside - not the hotel’s fault but the windows aren’t modern and thick enough to keep it out. The lift was a big plus point!

Good location and friendly staff. Hotel was close to the tram and to the square. Room was big, could have easily fit 3 people as there was a queen and a single bed. Room was like a loft which was cool. Carpet had slight stains and bath tub was clogging a bit. Overalll good.

The room was quite old and looked in worse condition than in the photos online. The entrance/lobby to the hotel is much smaller and cramped and less luxurious than alluded to in the photos. I don't know what photo was used for this cover photo with the chandelier and staircase as that's definitely not the hotel. The red carpet in the room had stains on it. The door handle to the washroom was broken and falls out easily. The lift doors slam very hard and loud when they close.

Good hotel - Great location but very loud

Good hotel in a great location. Our main issue was the noise. Unfortunately, there were HUGE and very loud protests going on literally outside of our window every night. It was impossible to sleep even though we were exhausted from exploring the city.
