The room amenities were excellent and the bathroom was clean and modern. The technology options for the TV were a perk. The space was very comfortable and clean. The location was also excellent for transit access and getting around Brussels.

The inside is attractive, the lobby is great for family and friends (pool table, foosball, couches). I like the property's location and some of the staff, a couple were a little on the cold side, but that's okay. I misplaced my key during my stay, and they were very gracious in replacing it, some hotels charge you for that. I gave it a four because there was a weird stain on the carpet in my hallway, the shower was open and leaked on the side, and my room setting was a little unsettling (To access my room I had to open a door that gave access to two rooms, being a female alone, I was a little weary of that setup). I ended up liking it in the end; after I met the occupants of the other room. The room itself was nice, comfortable and very spacious. The decor was cool, and the wardrobe was simply beautiful and practical.

The hotel itself was clean, room good size and comfortable. Breakfast nice with good choice of drinks and food. What key it down was just general lack of staff. Foyer self check in didn't work, wasn't private, anyone walking past could see the screen with personal info on (passport, DOB, address etc) which I wasn't comfortable with. Didn't work anyway and then staff be reluctant to help! Tried the online check in before arrival and that wouldn't let me complete either. Had a fire alarm go off at 00:30, all guests filed out to the street in front of hotel but no staff in sight anywhere. No fire engines came. We all waited outside in rain for 15/20 minutes before guests started going back in as fed up getting wet and alarm had stopped. Still no staff members. We all hung around in the foyer as no all clear given. Finally staff member showed up and said it was okay as he'd checked each floor and turned alarm off. Someone had pressed the alarm button by accident apparently.

Great location, clean, convenient to all modes of transportation, staff was great, room very comfortable! Only one slight inconvenience on one night when fire alarm went off at midnight causing us to all evacuate the building, but overall great stay! Would stay here again!

The hotel has a really great gym in comparison to the usual hotel gym. The sauna access was a nice surprise. The area where the hotel is located felt like a ghost town but the nearest metro station was about a 10 min walk away. A walk to the main center was about 30 minutes. Overall a good stay and no regrets but if you want to be closer to the action, this is probably not the place for you.

While the hotel itself is okay, the area around felt unsafe for our family. Shops are boarded up, many restaurants are closed, lots of trash in the streets, police activity. Our room was large enough, beds were comfortable enough. Cleaning in the room, walls, flooring, shower could be improved.

Our stay here was pretty decent overall. The staff were really good, the only issue I had was they wouldn't clean your room every day so you would have to call and ask. Also a little bit limited on dining options in the area. But still convenient to get around.
