The property was beautiful and the apartment was very large. We were travelling as a group of 4 adults and 5 children and found there was plenty of space. Pictures and location were accurate. We were welcomed with chips, guacamole, pico de gallo, margaritas, and lemonade - a very nice touch!Communication with management and maintenance throughout the trip was hit or miss. They were quick to resolve issues with hot water in the suite and helped coordinate car seat rentals. However, they were slow to provide us with laundry detergent and never fixed a lock that was missing on one of the windows into the hallway - a pretty significant safety concern. That said, they were always respectful and professional in their communications.There were a few areas of concern worth mentioning. The hot water to the unit turned off multiple times throughout our stay, requiring one of us to go find someone downstairs to turn it back on. The wifi was very slow - we couldn't send emails with attachments, send messages with videos, or stream anything. Finally, this building is not accessible at all. The lobby has a bit of a bizarre design where you have to walk down a flight of stairs as you enter and then up another to get to the main part of the building and elevators. Not great for carrying in luggage or for anyone with a stroller or accessibility issues.Overall it was a lovely stay and I would stay again - I'd brush up on my Spanish though as most staff on site did not speak English.

Fantastic spacious and clean condo. Outstanding facilities including the 2 pools, restaurant/bar, gym, massage spa, and beach. Staff was very helpful although a couple of them didn’t speak any English. It was a very casual walk with no traffic down to the Centro zone and Golden Zone where all of the action was.

Super Fun Stay

We were travelling as a group of 8 ladies and this was a last minute booking as a previous VRBO booking was unexpectedly cancelled.Right off the bat the communication with the host/management company was excellent. We were assigned a concierge who happily helped with a few pre-arrival requests without issue. What an impressive surprise especially considering we booked with a little more than 24 hours before arrival. The concierge met us upon arrival and acquainted the first to arrive in our group with the property. There is no proper front desk at this property, per se. Rather there is a security office who lets you in from the street side entrance.The property as a whole is stunning and so is the unit. Everything was reasonably clean and the views were stunning. We spent most of our time during the day at the rooftop pool which we mostly had to ourselves. The water temperature was very comfortable and Ramon, who helped us with drinks everyday, was a pleasure! It is also acceptable to bring your own drinks to the pool. The lower level pool was more lively and had more families during our stay. The property is within a long-ish walking distance to the main part of Bucerias where most of the dining options are. This was less than ideal for our large group but it was also nice to be away from the hustle and bustle of town.
