A brand new building in the heart of Bucerias. Unfinished building means savings. Close to everything, worth the price.

Not as advertised

We stayed in this modern studio for 14 days. The first 7 days we noted that the internet would drop off at 10-11 pm and be reconnected at 9-10 am the next morning. It was very obvious that the modem was being turned off at night and turned back on in the morning and was NOT a provider issue. My spouse and I both had family members in the hospital and needed direct communication to home. First we told the front desk managers. I sent two emails to the "owner", with no response. We had specifically stated that if the internet problem can not be fixed for our last week, we would have to find another place to stay. No one was responding. We finally wrote a letter stating our frustrations and that we request our money back due to not meeting their requirements of internet and without any more excuses, the internet worked fine after our final complaint. However, it had already caused us unnecessary stress during our vacation. Things to know: two rolls of toilet paper. You are allotted one roll per week. Good news is, they sell them individually at the pharmacy across the street. The studio had an iron board, but no iron. The deck advertised two chairs and a table, but this was added after we mentioned it with our internet issue, further into the week. The privacy level is nonexistent. There is a door that connects our room to the next door apartment and we could hear full conversations and the going on's happening next door to us and we are sure, visa versa. The kitchen was well stocked with, new pots and pans, dishes etc. There was no dish soap, sugar or any extra's, so we left behind coffee, sugar, some canned goods, sun lotion etc. The location was excellent. Beach is a minute away. Lots of restaurants and bars in the vicinity. The location also had a roof top bar and steak restaurant. Great service and food. The pool and hot tub were on the first floor and good sizes to accommodate lots of people.
