Great Location

Property manager Jorge was great, there were a couple of things that would have made the stay better, the lock-off was rented out by others and you could hear everything through the thin door. The deck between the lock out and the main condo are attached so not much privacy if both renters are out on the decks. Being long-term renters we would not choose to stay in this particular condo again as it did not have a washer and dryer in the unit to use. The kitchen was fully equipped with all you need, nice having salt and pepper, coffee filters, paper towel etc. The Gym was great and the common area around the pool was also awesome. Love Bucerius and will be returning to the area again and again.

Great location

The location in Bucerias is great, with a short walk to beach, groceries and restaurants. We did try Meet Meat on rooftop one evening- it was very nice restaurant with a great view. Just not as charming as some of the other nearby restaurants. The pool is heated just right. Enough loungers and shade to keep us happy. Played cards on the deck next to pool one evening, which was very pleasant. The apartment is small, but nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable. They brought in a small table and two chairs the day we arrived, which was nice for eating lunch. The balcony faced the wall of the building next door, but because it is an end unit it also had a side view of the street. Had coffee on the balcony people watching every morning. The one drawback was this apartment has an adjoining lockoff studio. The shared door is not soundproof, so you and your neighbors can hear each other. The checkin with Andrea was easy. Overall stay was quite pleasant and good value.

Bad management

There is a lot good about this place, but our interaction with the staff ruined a lot. Check in was done too fast and a lot of information was missed, an example was on our last day of a 3 week stay we found out from another guest that there was a place to wash the sand off your feet, on the ground floor, after visiting the beach. There is a attached small apartment that you can lease, which we didn’t. The connecting door was anything but sound proof and we could hear, loudly, the other tenets. Lastly. The maid after our first week did not replace 4 items after cleaning, I had one face cloth for our second week. On the third week, after the maid left, items were not replaced again, one item was a pillow for the bed. So on our way out that day we stopped in the office to ask about the missing items. We waited as a resident was complaining about something. After he was done, my wife explained, nicely, we would like the missing items returned by the end of the day. The reply from the women at the the desk was purely shocking. She was extremely rude and Condonsending. This woman should not be working with the public. These condos are for sale, one Thursday our maid showed up, our cleaning day was for mondays, we sent her away. Later that morning another manager showed up with a realtor to take pictures and measurements for a prospective sale. We were never asked or told about this and we found this very intrusive.
