Disliked: Cleanliness
Owner never sent arrival or access instructions. Did not respond to messages over multiple days. Was on the phone with Vrbo customer service at the airport and owner didn’t respond to them either. Vrbo cancelled on my behalf and assisted with booking something else on day of arrival. DO NOT RESERVE WITH THIS PROPERTY!!
