Pleasant holiday home in excellent location

Spacious and generally well appointed with large, private (though east-facing) rear terrace and shared swimming pool. The pool is the highlight: large enough not to feel crowded (but not too deep for young children), very clean, sunny at all times of day and with a good array of furniture and shade to relax around it. The apartment is disappointingly let down by a few maintenance/equipment issues. Perfect location to enjoy Tuscany and all it offers. Good restaurant within strolling distance.

Farniente et découvertes en Toscane

Accueil très chaleureux d'Umberto qui nous a attendus bien au-delà de l'heure initialement prévue à cause de soucis sur la route... Jardin et piscine impeccables, calme, proximité du petit village de Badia Agnano tres sympa (tres bon Resto, 3 petits bars...) , location spacieuse avec terrasse ombragée ... C'était Super!!!

Die Möbel der Unterkunft bedür...

Die Möbel der Unterkunft bedürfen teilweise der Reparatur. Ansonsten sehr schöne Anlage, Wohnung gut aufgeteilt. Gefehlt hat eine kleine Broschüre oder Hinweise des Vermieters zu Restaurant, Supermarkt, etc. Reisetipps: gute Lage, um Arezzo, Siena, Florenz zu besichtigen.

Wer gerne Wein trinkt und dies...

Wer gerne Wein trinkt und dies gerne in stilgerechten Gläsern tun möchte sollte sich Weingläser mitbringen. Wer gerne kocht, die Küche ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Der Vermieter wohnt selbst die Saison über auf dem Gelände, was aber keine Probleme darstellt. Der Vermieter hat die Anlage in 2018 übernommen und ist bemüht diverse Dinge auch noch zu ändern. Der Pool ist groß genug und sauber. Mittelpunkt der Anlage ist der tolle Pool. Wenn es dunkel wird kommen oft "Moskitos" von zu Hause also Autan oder dgl. mitnehmen. Nachts kühlt es hier sehr gut ab, so dass wer friert sich am Besten noch eine Decke für das Bett mitnehmen sollte.Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder hingehen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die beiden Grillstellen sind für alle zugänglich. Wer sich an bellenden Hunden stört, sollte den Ort meiden, die Hunde der Nachbarschaft bellen fast den ganzen Tag. Die Bebauung ist weiträumig, so dass man mit anderen Gästen ( wenn man nicht möchte) keinen Kontakt haben muss, außer halt am Pool.Was zweckmäßig wäre, sind noch ein paar fehlende Sonnenschirme. Die sind wenn alle Wohnungen belegt sind Mangelware. Gehe aber davon aus, dass sich dies auch in der Saison 2019 ändern wird. Reisetipps: Siena,Arezzo( abends empfehlenswert),Florenz, Montepulciano, Ghianti–Strasse fahren.Unbedingt Weingut Antinori besuchen, Einkaufsmarkt in Montevarchi, nicht den in Bucine nehmen. oder den Pui auf dem Weg nach Montvarchi. In der Nähe ist die Produktionssätte von Prada mit Werksverkauf.... .
