This was my second stay at this hotel. The only disappointment was that the outside pool was not in use. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in Jewish quarter of Budapest. Great breakfast choices and lovely clean comfortable bed. We were given an upgrade so slightly bigger room and complimentary macaroon platter which was nice.

Lovely stay, very clean and friendly staff, the only criticism is the rooms were very hot. When we asked concierge (who was kind)to assist with the temperature they informed us that this was set and we could have the very large wondow open, whilst this helped, This solution due to the height of the room and the size of the window i didnt want to sleep with it wide open (ive been known to sleep walk) It would have been easier to have been able to adjust the controls to around 20 degrees rather than 25 degrees.

Room was small but renovated Overall staff very helpful I just found it annoying that I couldn’t get a bucket of ice in my room had to go to the bar on the mezzanine Also @ breakfast they charge for latte and cappuccino I found that very cheap But overall nice clean room
