Room was good and clean. Good size and comfortable bed. The pillow could be better. Very noisy road noise during the night. There is probably is hospital near by because the ambulance siren would go on about 4 or 5 times a night causing a disturbance in sleep

We booked two rooms. One double and one twin. Upon check in, we were informed that the twin room was not ready. When we returned later, we were informed that there was not a twin room available for us. It made for a vary uncomfortable situation for the guests now having to share a bed. The staff did nothing to try and accommodate our bookings.

I stayed in a Superior Double Room for three nights as a solo traveler. The room was spacious, clean, and quiet at night. I requested a late checkout and was able to extend it until 17:00 for an additional fee of about 30 euros. I rated the hotel four stars mainly due to its distance from the city center. While the metro, train, bus, and tram links are right outside the hotel, it’d always be nice to walk about whilst travelling. I tried walking back to the hotel on one evening, it took me around 50 minutes, and the streets near the hotel did not feel safe.
