This elegant 90 sqm deco suite is situated in the center of the city 200 meters from the Opera and 3 min. walk from st. Stephen's Basilica behind the luxury AndrĂĄssy Avenue, next to the always busy cosmopolitan area of the old Jewish Quarter.

Enjoy the historical touch in this magnificent flat with the combination of the original style and the modern living standards, design items.

The spacious living room of 30 sqm with small balcony, smart tv, hifi/wi-fi, ac serves your lounging.

The separated dining room gives opportunity for big breakfasts to start the new day in a good mood or even for an atmospheric dinner together at evening.

The 2 elegant bedrooms are equipped with king size beds, one of them with led-tv for your relaxation. The extra bed for the fifth guest is a sofa bed in the living room (bed size: 115x210 cm).

In 2 bathrooms (one with wc, bidet and xxl-shower, the other one with wc and tub) you can take your refreshing shower or relaxing bath. Hairdyers in both bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen serves your comfort. All the kitchen equipments as the cutlery, glasses, porcelain tableware are signed with the label of the best European brands. The Nespresso machine and foam maker makes your morning more enjoyable.

Un emplacement de rĂȘve

Emplacement idĂ©al pour rayonner dans toute la ville Ă  pied ou en transports en commun, absolument tous Ă  proximitĂ© (y compris le bus navette pour l'aĂ©roport). Nous avons sĂ©journĂ© 1 semaine Ă  4 dans cet appartement spacieux, clair, sobre, bien agencĂ© dans un immeuble authentique situĂ© dans une rue calme. De nombreuses supĂ©rettes toutes proches permettent de s'approvisionner en tout et d'alterner avec les repas en extĂ©rieurs: un vrai plus! La vie ne s'arrĂȘte jamais Ă  Budapest et la localisation de l'appartement permet de rejoindre toutes les zones les plus animĂ©es de la ville en quelques pas: le "quartier juif" et ses kerts, la rue Andrassy et ses roof tops, les bords du Danube et ses guingettes Ă©lectro, les grands boulevards et leur "Star Kebab", bref, de quoi ravir ados et grands Ă  toute heure du jour ou de la nuit! Tibor et son ami sont adorables, attentionnĂ©s Ă  la fois "pros" et authentiques, ravis d'Ă©tablir un Ă©change sincĂšres avec leurs locataires momentanĂ©s. De quoi recommander chaleureusement ce logement et nous donner envie d'y retourner en hiver, qui sait?!

Tout était parfait. TrÚs bel appartement refait à neuf avec une trÚs jolie déco design. Tout y est jusqu'aux capsules Nespresso. Tibor était présent à l'arrivée et nous a tout expliqué en détails. Tibor est genial et il a assisté à chaque détail. Il m'a dit de tous les bons restaurants, et sites touristiques avec les plans aussi. Il-y-a un diffuseur arome. Il a ajoute une touche spéciale. Tibor a Ă©tĂ© un hĂŽte exemplaire, de par son accueil, sa serviabilitĂ© et sa gentillesse. A notre arrivĂ©e, il a pris le temps de nous expliquer le fonctionnement des Ă©quipements de l'appartement (il a mĂȘme eu l'obligeance de nous apporter un ustensile de cuisine !); en outre, il a eu l'amabilitĂ© de nous fournir un guide et ses bonnes adresses dans un classeur bien fourni. Un vrai sens de l'accueil ! L'appartement est Ă©lĂ©gamment dĂ©corĂ© et ne manque de rien. La cuisine est optimalement Ă©quipĂ©e, et la salle de bain Ă©galement ( balance, sĂšche cheveux, miroir grossissant, linges, gel douche). Nous nous rĂ©jouissons de revenir !!

One of the best equipped short term rentals we have ever stayed it. Kitchen and laundry facilities and supplies were fantastic. The beds were comfortable and the shower was great. We stayed in the apartment in December, so particularly appreciated the few, tasteful decorations added for the season.One caution, the entry way and common areas are a bit run down. Upon arrival, we were a bit wary. Once inside the apartment all concerns evaporated.

One of the nicest apartments I’ve ever booked and stayed in. Lots of nice touches throughout. Very easy instructions for entry and to operate all the appliances. The neighborhood has lots of restaurants and easy public transportation. The apartment has very nice comfortable beds, good shower, a very well equipped kitchen, gorgeous living room with lots of windows for light. We really liked hanging out and having a glass of wine in the evenings to relax. My only negative, and this is NOT the hosts fault, is the building elevator turned out to be very unreliable. It was non-operational 3 days out of 6. If you absolutely need an elevator because of disability issues this could be a big problem. Again, not the hosts fault, it’s the building.

Fantastic location to walk everywhere

Tibor was a fantastic host. He provided great references for eating, what to do, and especially pointers for the spas. He was in contact with us whatever our needs would be. He arranged a taxi for us upon arrival which was very nice after travelling overnight from the US. The apartment was very clean, well furnished, quiet and very comfortable. The apartment looked like the pictures. The bottle of water was greatly appreciated. The beds were comfy. The washer and dryer was a huge plus. The location was well within a 20 minute walk to almost anywhere. A little grocery store not more than 6 minutes away. Pastry shops were within a 7 minute walk. Coffee shop just down the street. I would definitely stay here again upon my return to Budapest. Thank you Tibor for being a great host. My niece and I had a great holiday.

Great choice in Budapest

We picked this apartment because it’s around the corner from the opera which made it very convenient for us to get to the (absolutely magnificent) opera house plus it’s a great neighborhood. The exterior of the building reminds me of SoHo in Manhattan: the front door of the building has graffiti on it and looks pretty funky but then you get inside and the apartment is what I would call a “hidden gem”. Very, very clean, stylish and well set up. Tibor is attentive and careful with every detail. All in all, it was a great experience.

We were thoroughly impressed with the accommodations—they were exactly as described, if not even better. The location is perfect, right in the heart of town, yet tucked away on a quiet street, offering a peaceful retreat from the nightlife. Tibor was an outstanding host, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. The apartment is well-equipped with all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. Tibor is a wonderful host - always available. He gives so much information on visiting Budapest - we had maps and books - super. The apartment is in excellent condition - with everything you need to live. A Wonderful Festive Season Stay

We had a wonderful stay at the Paulay Premium Suite. The location was perfect with walking distance to the Christmas Markets, local attractions(which are many) and eateries. The apartment was lovely and well located. But there was considerable street noise due to a major construction project next door which interrupted sleep in the early morning. The lobby of the building was uninviting and not well lit. We were using both bedrooms and would have appreciated more bed pillows and towels as our stay was for four nights. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any messages.

A Delight in Budapest

This property was by far the most pleasant accommodation of our 3 week/4 country trip through Europe. Beautifully decorated, comfortable and fully equipped. The location was ideal to access all that Prague had to offer, within walking distance or an easy trip on public transit. Nice apartment but terrible building and construction

Very nice apartment and good professional communications however the building is in terrible shape, the entrance was a bit shocking. Broken bricks, graffiti, man peeing on the building. The site next door is a giant construction pit. Constant ongoing noise inside and outside during daytime hours. The location is perfect and the host was very responsive but I personally would not stay here again. It will probably be a great place in few years.
