Wonderful

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly with anything we asked for, super hospitable. The hotel is in a great location, close to the major sights, transit nearby, and good restaurants. The parking is an excellent bonus, as we could leave our car without worry while sightseeing Budapest for 3 days. Excellent in every respect! We would stay there again!

The staff was excellent. Very friendly, personable, helpful!! We want to especially mention Akos, Christian, Bernadette and Andrei ( not sure of spelling; he worked in breakfast area). THEY EACH WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO HELP US!! We very much appreciated them. They deserve a raise.

Public restroom at the busiest bus station in town is much cleaner than the toilet in the room we stayed at. It was never cleaned from underneath and the room where the toilet is smelled like urinal at the army base. The shower was all covered with the mold. I have supporting pictures. Breakfast and location were amazing and made up to the overall impression, but you need to make sure bathroom is taken care of.

This was such a great experience! We came in for a night, and got luck getting a street parking spot just a half a block from the hotel - and it’s free on weekends. The hotel is very clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful, as well as efficient. We were checked in within a few minutes of arrival. The location is amazing. It wasn’t overcrowded or too busy, but still just a couple of blocks away from the Danube and maybe 15 mins walking to the Chain Bridge. Breakfast was very decent with quite a few options. The kids really liked it. Would def recommend it and will stay again when in Budapest.
