Superb property and host

We have had the most wonderful stay in Isabella's villetta. The property has everything one can need and is very clean and tastefully decorated. The outside area is very beautiful and looked after. The location is great, only walking distance to the beautiful Budoni beach and close to the shops and cafes in a quiet street. Isabella is a fantastic host who went extra mile to meet and greet us late at night and provided us with essentials for the kids to have breakfast in the morning, including freshly picked cherries! She has been very helpful and responsive, one could not wish for a better host! We would definately come again!

Unterkunft absolut top. Riesiger Garten mit vielen Details. Z.b Dusche im Garten. Hängesessel oder Griller . Isabella sehr nett und umsichtig. Budoni ist jetzt nicht soooo super und am Abend hört man den Lärm vom Ort teils bis früh morgens. Aber war vertretbar. Strand ist OK ,aber es gibt sicher bessere. Alles in allem klare Empfehlung

Sehr saubere gepflegte Villa. Modern eingerichtet, tolle Kaffeemaschine, Spüler, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage, Mückennetze in Fenstern vorhanden. Schöne gepflegte Gartenanlage, gemütliche Terassenmöbel. Es waren einige nützliche Utensilien zur Verfügung gestellt (Kaffee, Spülmittel, Grillholz u.a.) und einiges haben wir dazugekauft (Lappen, Spülmaschinentabs, Öl). Der Kondenswasserablauf der Klimaanlage war defekt, was bei deren Benutzung zu einer großen Pfütze auf der Terasse geführt hat.Waren mit 2 kleinen Kindern hier (8Mo, 4J). Die Schlafzimmer können nicht richtig abgedunkelt werden und es ist extrem hellhörig im Haus, das war schwierig mit den kleinen Kindern beim Schlafengehen. Es war ein bisschen Strandspielzeug vorhanden und 2 Sonnenschirme, von denen aber einer defekt war. Babybett und Hochstuhl wurden zu Verfügung gestellt. Die Lage des Hauses ist zwar nahe zum Strand (ca 800m), aber der Weg dorthin wenig ansprechend, sehr sonnig und entlang z.T. stark befahrener Straßen, sodass der Strand mit 2 kleinen Kindern zu Fuß nicht optimal erreichbar ist.Supermarkt und Bäcker sind sehr nahe, in weniger als 5 min mit dem Auto oder dem vorhandenen Fahrrad erreichbar. Insgesamt ein angenehmer Aufenthalt, wir haben uns immer gefreut zum Ferienhaus zurückzukommen nach einem langen Strandtag.

Traumhafter Aufenthalt in Budoni

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem traumhaften Garten und ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder sind alle aktuell und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Lage zum Strand und zu den Restaurants ist perfekt. Isabella ist eine tolle Vermieterin und die Kommunikation mit ihr war perfekt auf Englisch. Wir können das Ferienhaus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus in Budoni. Die Gastgeberin Isabella ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und flexibel. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (Küche etc.). Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren vorhanden. Sandspielzeug für die Kinder und Sonnenschirme für den Strand waren auch vorhanden. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden wiederkommen.

Ferienhaus mit schönem Garten

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen zweiwöchigen Wander- und Badeurlaub auf Sardinien. Der Ort Budoni selbst und die unmittelbare Umgebung des Ferienhauses sind zunächst nicht so ansprechend. Mit der Zeit vor Ort erkennt man dann jedoch, dass die Unterkunft mit der Strandnähe (3 Minuten mit dem Auto, die Fahrräder konnten wir nicht verwenden) und der Umgebung viel zu bieten hat. Besonders gut hat uns der gepflegte Garten gefallen. Das Frühstück konnte im Schatten auf der Vorderseite des Hauses, die weiteren Mahlzeiten im Schatten auf der großen Veranda auf der Rückseite des Hauses genossen werden. Beeindruckende Bergtouren mit unglaublichen Ausblicken sind mit dem Auto im Umkreis von ca. einer Stunde zu erreichen.

Schöne kleine Villa in ruhiger Lage

Wir waren drei Wochen in Isabellas Ferienhaus. Es ist eine Doppelhaushälfte, die vollkommen autark von der anderen Haushälfte ist. Der große Garten ist schön angelegt und gut gepflegt (während wir da waren war der Gärtner einmal da und hat den Rasen gepflegt und uns die reifen Feigen gepflückt). Der Garten ist nicht einsehbar und lädt zum Spielen und Sonnenbaden ein. Wir hatten ein Planschbecken von Isabella für die Kinder aufgestellt. Sonnenschirme und Luftpumpe wurden auch von Isabella gestellt. Das Haus ist etwas versteckt in einer Sackgasse und liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend. Zum Strand (nächst gelegener Strandzugang) sind wir mit den Kindern (10M, 3J) zwischen 12-15min gelaufen. Der Weg war befestigt und auch mit Bollerwagen, Laufrad und Co gut befahrbar. Wir sind auch mal mit dem Auto gefahren, die Parkgebühr lag bei 3€/Tag; in der Nebensaison (ab Mitte September) kostenfrei. Nach dem Strand war die warme Außendusche praktisch. Die Klimaanlage hat super funktioniert. Jedoch konnte man die Klimaanlage nicht gleichzeitig mit Spülmaschine, Backofen oder Waschmaschine laufen lassen, da sonst die Sicherung durchgeflogen ist. Isabella lässt das Haus immer grundreinigen und stattet es mit dem Nötigsten aus (Kaffee, Salz, Spültabs, Küchentuch, Müllbeutel etc.). Für uns war es etwas problematisch, dass es eine filigrane und offene Wendeltreppe im Küchen/Wohnbereich gab, die auf der Beschreibung fehlt. Die Kinder wollten sie gerne als Klettergerüst nutzen.

Das sehr schöne Ferienhaus hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen und der Garten mit den beiden Terrassen ist wirklich wunderschön angelegt und toll gepflegt. Idyllisches Haus mit großem Garten und toller Lage

Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend (kein Straßenlärm!) und zu Fuß erreicht man in 5-8 Minuten und mit dem Auto in 1-2 Minuten den wunderschönen Strand von Budoni. Der Garten war bei unserem Besuch Anfang Oktober sehr gepflegt und bietet neben mehreren Außenbereichen auch einen gemauerten Grill sowie einen großzügigen Granittisch, der zum Verweilen im ruhigen Garten einlädt. Wohnzimmer und Küche sind modern und vollständig eingerichtet, inkl. Geschirrspülmaschine und Waschmaschine (außen). Für uns (Familie mit 1,5 Jahre alten Kind) war es ein sehr erholsamer, ruhiger und wunderschöne Urlaub, zudem auch ganz besonders die klasse Location beigetragen hat.

Wunderschöne Woche an der Costa Smeralda

Alles war rundum perfekt! Sehr netter Empfang durch Isabella, die alle erforderlichen Informationen für uns bereit hielt und auch während des Aufenthalts stets erreichbar und für Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung stand. Sehr schönes, bestens ausgestattetes Haus, großzügiger Garten, Grill, bequeme Betten, alles genau wie beschrieben. Fahrräder stehen 4 Stück zur Verfügung, die ich persönlich nicht für längere Touren nutzen würde, aber für den kurzen Weg zum örtlichen Strand ausreichend. Auch in der Umgebung gibt es einiges zu erkunden. Supermarkt 10 Minuten zu Fuß, genauso wie ein wirklich gutes Restaurant. Wir haben unsere erste Woche auf Sardinien dort sehr genossen, absolut zu empfehlen.

Una vacanza perfetta in totale tranquillità

Abbiamo trascorso una vacanza bellissima in questa villetta e al nostro arrivo siamo rimasti molto sorpresi in quanto appena ristrutturata e con ottimo gusto! La padrona di casa ha arredato con amore e dotato di ogni comfort la villetta e questo si percepisce vivendola ogni giorno. Abbiamo goduto del bellissimo e ampio giardino, allietato le nostre serate con prelibate grigliate e goduto del fresco serale. Isabella è stata molto gentile e disponibile, ci ha fatto trovare anche dei giochi e una piscina gonfiabile per il nostro bambino che ne è stato felicissimo. La posizione della villetta è ottima in quanto permette di raggiungere in pochissimi minuti di macchina la spiaggia di Budoni. Anche il centro si raggiunge facilmente a piedi e questo ci ha permesso di fare delle piacevoli passeggiate serali anche con un bambino di quasi 4 anni. La posizione della villetta ci ha consentito di esplorare anche la parte orientale dell'isola, meno turistica e più selvaggia. Ci sentiamo di dare solo un piccolo "consiglio": attrezzare almeno una bicicletta con un seggiolino per bambini piccoli, anche se la vicinanza alla spiaggia e al centro non ce ne ha fatto sentire la necessità.

14 Tage Familienurlaub mit zwei kleinen kindern

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in budoni. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, liebevoll eingerichtet und hält absolut was es verspricht! Der Garten war ein Traum!!! Die Lage in budoni super, gut zum Strand und in die Stadt...beides zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad machbar... Die Vermieter sind unglaublich freundlich und herzlich und versuchen alles möglich zu machen. Sogar ausgegangene Kaffeekapseln wurden umgehend nachgereicht! Alles in allem einfach überragend! Wir werden bestimmt wiederkommen!!!

Der Garten war traumhaft!

Wir bedanke uns sehr, für den freundlichen Empfang. Isabelle und ihr Mann sind sehr nette Gastgeber und haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben alle unsere Wünsche zu erfüllen. Dieses Haus mit Garten war wie eine Oase für uns. Wir haben uns den ganzen Tag und Abends auf der Terrasse mit dem großzügigen Garten aufgehalten. Das Haus reicht aus für 4 Personen, es ist praktisch aufgeteilt aber klein. Es hat uns dennoch an nichts gefehlt.
