Their onsite restaurant is amazing. We have eaten there several times and it definitely is exceptional. Prime Rib was the chef's special this trip and is a favorite of my family. I enjoyed the halibut entree. Their shrimp cocktail is unique and a must have starter! Aqua Yoga, at the adult pool area, is always a great way to start the morning and highly recommended!

Very comfortable and clean beds, bathroom, and shower in the "Hillside" rooms. Our room #31 was right next to the ice machine room, so we heard it going on and off all night. This is a very beautiful, but hilly resort. Maybe not the perfect place for anyone who has trouble walking, especially at that altitude of your not used to it. However, you can drive to various parking lots to make getting around a little easier. Loved soaking in the creek, with natural hot water from the creek bed mixed with cold water from the mountains. However, there is NO easy way to get down to the creek. You have to climb on round, sometimes slippery, boulders. They should put in at least one staircase to the creek for the less agile or older guests.The thing I was most disappointed in was that there was no regular temperature pool (around 80°) to cool off in on a hot, sunny day. All 30+ pools were fed by the hot springs and felt more like lovely hot tubs.
Soaking in the creek in a mixture of hot water from the creek bed and cold water from the mountains. Very cool!

Compared to other hot springs, this resort is mediocre with just a warm swimming pool and a hotter swimming pool. They advertise the river pools, but they are inaccessible to older folks. You have to climb over a concrete wall and then over bolders. The room was old and stark, and a neighbor's party kept us awake until midnight when we finally complained. Food was good but quite expensive. No free breakfast. My suggestion? Stay at Holiday Inn. For half the price, you get a much nicer room, quiet, hot tub without crowds, and free breakfast. This place is OK, but way over priced. Not recommended.

This place was awesome!!! I loved the setting. The staff was cordial and professional. Having all the different pools to choose from was fun. We loved sitting in the creek and find just the right temperature. Hummingbirds everywhere!

I have stayed at the cliffside before and wasn't too keen on it. It had a great patio with expansive views of the valley, but room needs updating. Wasn't impressed. This time we stayed at the creeekside and it was fantastic. We had the river flowing outside our balcony. We left the slider open all night to hear it. Room was renovated very nicely. We had everything we needed: refrigerator with ice trays (filled), very comfortable bed, spacious room, tons of storage space. We will definitely be back to the creekside suites again. Leo in the pool bar was fantastic. Our waitress at the restaurant could have been more friendly and engaging. Cant remember her name, but the other waitress working the restaurant was very engaging and friendly with her tables. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

We have visited the hot springs before but this was our first time staying there. We loved it! Our room was very spacious, comfortable, and modern. The food from Mary’s steakhouse was delicious and not too too expensive (our last trip was to Disney so it was refreshing to not be price-gouged!). It was so nice to have early entry to the hot springs in the morning too.
