About the apartment,
Racionalist building in the best and safe neiborhood in BA, a 1130 sq/ft apartment, Livingroom with 3 Bedroom, fully equipped kitchen (2 ovens, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, mixer, coffee machine, all new), 3 Bathrooms (1 in mastersuite with jacuzzi), Laundry in the apartment with one washer and one dryer.
Excellent quality details make it stand out from the others, rationalist style, elevator, everything is top quality!. The apartment is located at the 5th floor with an excellent view of the Agote street trees and has daylight throughout the day. The furniture is brand new and modern and is fully furnished, all items are best brands (LCD, DVD/CD Player). The climate is handled through the apartment central control A/C & Heat (similar as the USA AC, not usual in Buenos Aires apartments)

About the neighborhood is located in the center of Recoleta, in the highest level area surround by antique french buildings and something important, super safe too.

About the area,1.5 blocks to the east its the Recoleta Cementery, one of the most famous places in BA, can approach him and visit the mausoleum and tomb of Eva PerĂłn, a must in BA.
After a couple of blocks north is the 'Plaza Recoleta'. The best place to get relax and enjoy natural life, and in the weekend you have the fair city, besides in the park its the 'Recoleta Museum', all the time with new argentinian art exhibition. Also its the 'BA Home Design' Mall, you can walk by this underground mall and cross the hole park.

Its 2 blocks away to the east from Libertador Ave, the most important avenue in BA, you can walk by and find the most interesting neighborhoods of Buenos Aires (Downtown, Retiro, Recoleta, Barrio Norte, Palermo, Belgrano)

Buenos Aires is known as one of the best eating cities in south america and the world. Around the apartment and not more than 5 blocks you will find known and prominent bars and restaurants “CafĂ© Martinez” (great breakfasts and also very cheap); “Hotel Alvear' restaurant, inside this hotel you will find the best brunch of BA; Restaurant 'Munich Recoleta' (MeditarrĂĄnean, Spanish and Italian cuisine) and the famous 'Cafe La Biela' its the most classic place to take a coffee seating in the street.
If you are wanting to stay home and enjoy the wonderful kitchen that has the apartment, just 4 blocks to the west is 'Disco grocery', its one of the most exclusive supermarket, open from 8:30am till 9:00pm. If passed the 9pm, no problem!, 2 blocks away is the pantry 'Esso Shop Las Heras Ave.' open 24/7.

In terms of public transport has bus stops throughout the area (2 blocks away is the Las Heras Ave. with all bus conecction to every place in BA)

Bon sĂ©jour, malheureusement la compagnie de gaz n’a pu rĂ©parer la panne rapidement. Elle a durĂ© prĂšs de deux (2) semaines. Le proprio nous a fourni une plaque Ă©lectrique de deux ronds. Le proprio nous avait dit qu’il nous donnerait un montant en $ amĂ©ricains pour inconvĂ©nients, mais cela ne s’est pas fait.

I loved this place! Lovely, roomy, well stocked and in a great location. We visited for 6 days and took every advantage of the Recoleta neighborhood. We walked to restaurants, shops, the cemetery, the mall and many other places. Getting an Uber to and from the apartment was easy. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms clean. Juan was very communicative before and during our stay and really helped us with some travel questions. Just a great experience overall.

The apartment was just as advertised. And it was very clean. The third bedroom and bathroom were very small but still worked for us. The owner who met us and explained how everything works was wonderful! And the location of the apartment was excellent. The elevator system was a bit tricky, but that just added to the charm! Loved this place.

Unbeatable Location!

You cannot find a better location. The apartment is in the heart of Recoleta on a quiet street, yet you will find plenty of restaurants, bakeries and markets in your vicinity. Jose made the check in and check out process very easy.The apartment is well equipped. All the essentials are there to make for a relaxing trip to Buenos Aires. As we were a family of four (incl. two boys), the washing machine and dryer came in handy. The good WIFI was also very helpful to keep the family peace.

Recoleta great find!

This apartment was perfect for us, 6 minutes from the “ Cemetery “ and spotless. Juan was our host, outstanding response to any questions we had about the area or apartment. We even had maid service during our 5 night stay! 5 stars!!

Highly recommended

The apartment is nicely furnished and comfortable, more so than any other STR we have stayed in. Communication with Juan prior to arrival and during our stay was excellent. When we asked for a second set of keys, they were delivered within hours of our arrival. When we had a problem operating the coffee maker on 2nd day, Juan bought a new one and delivered it within hours. Close to buses and subway, and within blocks of major attractions in Recoleta.

Lovely Apartment in a Beautiful Neighborhood

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was well situated for visiting Recoleta, the historical cemetery, lots of restaurants and cafes and we either walked or ubered to other parts of town. The apartment, and the neighborhood, are quiet. We didn't cook much but the kitchen is well-equipped if you wanted to. The beds are comfortable! We would return.

We were delighted with our stay here. The location truly can't be beat, especially if you like being near the parks and greenspaces. The street is quiet, and safe, the apartment is adorable, and Juan was 100% great to work with. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, better than average for a VRBO kitchen. The large coffee pot was not functioning,and Juan offered to bring over a new one, but we were happy using the bialetti. There was even a matte mug and straw. Excellent space for a family- and just wait until you see the elevator. I would live here if I could! A magical apartment in the magical city of Buenos Aires.

Wonderful Recoleta apartment with everyting you need!

This wonderful apartment was in an amazing location. Close to the Recoleta Cemetery,the Museo de Belle Artes, and La Biela, in the heart of the Recoleta. Juan Cruz was a great host, who was in constant communication. He fixed minor issues right away and allowed us to check in early and check out late.The apartment suited our needs and even had a washer and dryer. My family of 5 were comfortable and enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend!

AMAZING STAY!!!

This is the best VRBO we've ever stayed in! Spacious, clean, modern! And Juan, the owner, was so helpful with restaurant recs and checked in regularly to see if we needed anything! My only recommendations would be that he provides paper towels and a few more rolls of toilet paper. Also, more than one set of keys would be hugely helpful! Definitely do not hesitate to book!!!

Good BA Location

The apartment is on a relatively quiet street but it is located in a good neighborhood and within easy walking distance of shopping and restaurant amenities. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was easily able to cope with 90 degree weather. Should I go back to BA, I would stay here again.

Buenos Aires Gem

Exceptional property and a great location close to parks, groceries, and an easy walk to the Recoleta cemetery. Juan, the property manager, was most helpful, taking the time not only to explain the in/outs of the property and neighborhood, but showed us technology-challenged travellers how to use WhatsApp. Access to the apartment is via a small, private elevator that delivers you right to the front door. The apartment itself was well laid out with everything you could want for a short/extended stay including a washer/dryer. Wifi was easy to access and quite fast. We very highly recommend this property.
