Stay here when in Buenos Aires!! Staff: we are well travelled and the staff at this hotel are by far the best we have ever encountered. Location: quiet tree lined street, walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Room: we had the top floor with hot tub and large sun deck. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast included: it filled us up for the whole day with coffee, orange juice, eggs, toast, bacon, yogurt, croissants all compliments of hotel. 10/10

Amazing Hotel. My husband and I spend 6 nights at Fierro and it was perfect. The room was spacious and clear, great shower and hotel facilities were great. They have a rooftop pool, a garden where you can have your breakfast in the morning and the location was perfect. (15 minutes walk to Don Julio restaurant or $3 USD uber ride from the hotel) There are several cafes, shops and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood (Palermo Hollywood) is safe to walk and beautiful- leafy streets and lots of murals (street art) around. The hotel staff is amazing! They are the nicest people. Big thanks to Mariano, Augustine and Dyor! We absolutely loved our stay!

Very friendly staff, amazing breakfast with Al most everything homemade and one of the best steak restaurants in the city! They’re 29 day dry aged 650g beef rib was buttery, cooked to perfection and professionally presented! A joy to eat. The room was clean and well appointed.

And one of the features I liked the most was the bathroom with a shower at pool level. My stay at the Fierro Hotel was wonderful from beginning to end. The service was warm and professional, and every detail made me feel welcome and comfortable. The location of this hotel in Palermo Hollywood was very convenient for walking. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was quite good. Restaurant staff are very customer-service focused and it was nice having a bar, restaurant and lovely patio available for guests. A couple of strange things regarding coffee - there is no decaffeinated coffee available in the restaurant and for a three night stay, you only get 2 “free” regular pods for the coffee machine on the room and have to pay Ar$4000 for any decaffeinated pods or additional regular pods. Is decaffeinated coffee rare and extraordinarily expensive in Argentina?
