Welcome to our brand new lofts for 3 and 4 people! This beautiful accommodation has two spacious and bright rooms, with designer furniture to make your stay a unique experience.

Each apartment has a full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and air conditioning, so you can enjoy a comfortable stay at any time of the year. In addition, they have a single sofa bed and single beds adaptable to a double bed, so you can accommodate yourself according to your needs. In addition, they have high-speed internet, so you can stay connected at all times.

The lofts are located in a privileged area of the city, close to shops, restaurants and tourist attractions such as the famous Chinatown. The building is located just 600 meters from the Mas Monumental stadium of River Plate, where shows by great artists are held as well as soccer matches of the River Plate team itself and the Argentine National Team.

Guest Access:
We have a new application called 'HOSPY', where you can make your virtual Check In with your identification. You can also pay your Security Deposit through this channel (not necessary for AIRBNB guests). The deposit is returned between 10 and 14 days after your departure. In the application you will have direct contact with your personal host. Deposits range from $50 for studio and 1-bedroom apartments to $800 for apartments with 8 or more bedrooms.

Plus, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (hourly), late departures (hourly), extensions, excursions, and more. In our app you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.

Belgrano is a beautiful neighborhood in Buenos Aires, known for its tranquility and elegance. It is an ideal place to walk and enjoy its wide tree-lined avenues, parks and squares. Calle Cabildo is a popular point for shopping and finding restaurants and cafes. Chinatown offers a unique dining experience. Getting Around:
Belgrano offers several transportation options for travelers to and from the Ezeiza and Jorge Newbery Airports, as well as several bus lines and subways close to the property.
For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Other Things to Note:
Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
