The Space:

Welcome to our beautiful house in one of the best tourist areas of the city! This house has all the comforts you need to enjoy your vacations or weekend getaways.



The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, making it ideal for a family or a group of friends. In addition, it has 2 additional single sofa beds to accommodate more guests.



The terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a relaxed afternoon. It has a grill to prepare delicious barbecues and a pool to cool off on hot days. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. The house with air conditioning in all rooms so you can be comfortable at any time of the day. In addition, you can enjoy high-speed internet to be connected at all times.



Please note that the house is on the first floor and can only be accessed by stairs. But don't worry, the view from the terrace is worth the effort.



To guarantee your safety, we have installed security cameras at the entrance to the house.

Guest Access:

We use a tool called 'HOSPY' to verify guest identity. Guests must upload their ID or passport in order to receive their check-in instructions. They can then choose to pay for Early Check-In or Late Check-Out for each extra hour they need, based on the average nightly rate. Additionally, they must upload a credit card (in the name of one of the guests) as a guarantee in case of any damages. Check-in instructions are displayed on 'HOSPY' half an hour before the usual check-in time or the time they have paid for.



Additionally, you can use it to pay for early arrivals (per hour), late departures (per hour), extensions, excursions and more. In our app, you will find your Check In instructions and you will also have your access codes one hour before the usual check-in time.



The Neighborhood:

Palermo Hollywood is a neighborhood in the city of Buenos Aires, known for its vibrant nightlife, gastronomy, and design. The name "Hollywood" is due to the large number of television, radio and film production companies that are located in the area.

Getting Around:

For transportation to and from the Buenos Aires airports, guests can arrange a private transfer through MOT, take a taxi, or rent a car. Private transfers provide a hassle-free option, while taxis are readily available outside the airport. Renting a car is also an option, with several rental agencies located at the airport.

Interaction with Guests:

Our guests can request an early check-in or a late check-out, paying an additional half day, with check-in at 10:00 or check-out at 16:00 (if there is availability). If you wish to check in before 10:00 AM, or stay beyond 4:00 PM, you will need to add a full day to your stay (if available). We can also store your luggage for a few hours in the event that you do not wish to pay an additional fee or there is no availability.
