The unit was very comfortable and clean. Had a nice size, fully stocked kitchen and sitting area. Bed was very comfortable. Located in a secure building, with easy access to stores and restaurants. The location was good and seemed more local. The hosts Lucia and Nahir were great, checked in with us many times during our stay for cleaning and to inquire if we needed anything. If you're looking for a turnkey place to stay this is ideal.

It was a nice stay and the location was fairly good. Keep in mind it is a bit of a walk or uber ride to the nicer cafes and other points of interest in Palermo. The most important thing to know about this stay is that it is quite noisy. There is a school or daycare centerer that starts very early in the morning and you will hear kids yelling, shouting, and playing starting before 8am. Even with a sound machine it was very loud. There were also parties in the afternoon and evening in the complex, so if you are looking to sleep in at all or take naps in the afternoon probably consider staying somewhere else.

Perfectly located in a quiet part of Palermo. Access to everything: fruit shop, butcher, and cafe right across the street. Groceries around the corner and world class restaurants within walking distance/ Great staff who helped us at every turn. I will come back to this place.

The chikdrens school next door is filled with screaming kids from 930am to 5pm on weekends. You can also hear a lot of street noise and dogs barking. Don’t expect to nap during day or sleep in. Also you can’t store bags here until 10am. And after checkout you can’t sroee bags onsite at all

I loved this apartment. Clean, modern, very nice decoration. The location is awesome to grab a bite and go shopping. Local culture at its best, especially regarding restaurants and bars. The host was great. I'll be back :)
