This hotel is in a great location and provides excellent service. Tours of the city can be arranged at the front desk. Nice breakfast at the hotel. Walking distance to entertainment and good restaurants. Rooms are small but very clean and ample. Staff was very helpfull.

Our visit to Buenos Aires
We went to Buenos Aires last month because we had a wedding. My cousin had recommended us Rochester Classic as all the guests were going to stay there. We didnt know what to do beacuse there are a lot of bad comments on the internet about the hotel. At last we decided to book there because Rochester Classic is near the church where we had the wedding.
Bedrooms are really comfortable and the staff was so kind with us that we were surprised. Breakfast is delicious and the hall is luxurious.
We recommend this hotel, it is beautiful and well located.

A beautiful place to stay
When I went to Buenos Aires I stayed at Rochester classic because one of my friends had recommended it before.
It is a beautiful familiar hotel where we spent a relaxing holiday. All the services that had been promised were included so we could use the internet and enjoy delicious breakfast.
The city is full of theatres and museam were we spent most of our visit. My children are keen on science so they love the "Planetario".
We are planning a new trip to Argentina. Of course, we are going to stay at Rochester Classic

Left us Stranded at the Airport
Booked suite online and arranged via e-mail an airport transfer in/out for an additional fee. Upon our arrival, after travelling 19+ hours to get to Buenos Aires, there was nobody to meet us. An hour wasted looking for someone with our names on a sign and/or trying to find an airport business that would sell us something - anything - so we could get change for the phone and we were finally able to get an explanation from the hotel: Apparently since there was no credit card on file, as we had booked online with a reputable travel web site, they didn't bother sending the car - this despite numerous e-mails back and forth setting this up, my asking if they wanted a card number, being told it was all taken care of, etc. . . We had to make our own arrangements and the staff seemed not to care! Upon arrival the suite we were shown has a small bed, and the bathroom was dirty. We asked to be moved and met with the manager in the morning. No effort to apologize for stranding us was made, although after much protesting we were shown another suite. It was still not as nice as the pictures! We also made the mistake of ordering room service. It is available only until midnight and for US $20 an order for a sandwich and fries placed at 22:30 arrived an hour later, and the fries were a handful of stale potato chips. The four-star rating for this property should be seriously reevaluated!

Very good atention
I stayd in Argentina with my wife in the last month, we spend 3 nigth in buenos aires in Rochester Classic, the breakfast is great, the rooms are simple but very confortable.
The staff was grear in all stayd, they get us all we request. I suggest this hotel.
Along with a restaurant and a coffee shop/cafe, there's a snack bar/deli on site. You can enjoy a drink at the bar/lounge. A 24-hour business center and meeting rooms are available. Public spaces have free WiFi. A fitness center, tour/ticket assistance, and multilingual staff are also featured at the business-friendly Rochester Classic. You'll have access to the indoor pool at a partner property. This Buenos Aires hotel is smoke free.
