This 1900 sq ft home has a well-appointed kitchen, family room with foosball, bar and relaxed seating. Picture windows bring lake views to you anytime you'd like. Dining available on the deck as well as outside the back door.
Laundry Room is outside of the kitchen. Sleeping quarters boast a spacious primary bedroom with fresh/clean linens, 2nd and 3rd bedroom, sleeps a total of 8.

Lot’s of wildlife abound. Feed the deer from the front porch. Fish off the dock. Swim in the cove. Lot’s of activities here at the home or a 12 minutes’ drive brings you to Margaritaville for waterpark fun.

Great location for boating! Such a cute place supplied with everything you will need for a getaway. Hostess is very nice and readily available. Deer in the backyard daily was a treat to see. (Momma’s and babies) Bird watchers will love Lanier, lots of different species. Will definitely be back!

Family Getaway

We had a wonderful time at this lake house! The location was in the perfect cove; with little boat traffic, making floating in the lake so relaxing. It’s a very gentle and short walk down to the lake (which is not very common on Lake Lanier), so our whole party was able to get down to the dock with ease. Checking in was easy, and the house was very clean. Katie was the perfect host!!! She left us a few staples (snacks/drinks/floats) to enjoy during our stay, was quick to answer any questions and make sure that we were having the best time while staying on the property. My husband had to work and he never had an issue with the wi-fi. The house had plenty of space for all of us to gather to play games and spend time together. We would absolutely stay here again!!

The place was very clean. Michelle was super easy to get in touch with for any questions I had. She made the weekend extra special for us! Loved seeing the deer in the late afternoon and early morning walking thru the yard! Would definitely recommend!

A perfect weekend getaway!

This is a perfectly sized cabin for a family (or two!) with direct lake access. The host is very accommodating and really just lovely to deal with. The house has great accommodations (Wi-Fi, laundry, fire pit, chiminea, board games, a very nice coffee bar, and so on!), is clean and well appointed, and is near to a lot of great activities and convenient shopping. There are lots of food/delivery options to make your stay as restful as possible. Definitely somewhere well return!!

Great place to stay on the lake

We were in the Atlanta area for a teen baseball tournament for one week. We wanted to stay by the lake so that we could relax and have fun in our off time. The house was right on the lake. The property was beautiful. We used all the kayaks, paddle boats and canoe in the lake. The house had everything we needed for our stay including everything we needed to cook meals. Michelle was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area.

My family stayed here 3 nights and it was a wonderful experience. We appreciated the quiet neighborhood, access to the lake, and the cleanliness of the property. The paddle boat, kayaks, and canoe were great for our teenagers to spend some energy.

Family Lake House

Perfect family reunion spot!

We went to celebrate my grandmother's 93rd birthday(she lives nearby), and had the added bonus of having many different family members that are disbursed throughout the east coast come together here. The kitchen size was great for many people to be in helping cook a meal, lots of seating inside and outside for our bunch, and the amenities are a fantastic bonus. Swimming and fishing off the dock, kayak and paddle boat trips, taking pictures on the water at susnset. Its close to lots of things including Margaritaville which was a fun day trip. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable, as was the day beds in the den. The water pressure was great, which is important for me at the end of the day. The laundry room was spacious, and the coffee bar was nice to have. Host was very responsive and great to communicate with. Lots of nice decor/plants, it definitely felt homey. All of my family loved the house and property and made several comments about how great it was that I found it for our occasion. 10/10 would stay again!

Great time on the lake

We greatly enjoyed our stay. The house is well decorated, and has everything you need. I appreciated the ceiling fans in each room and the easy to operate central air that kept the house cool in the Georgia heat. The kids enjoyed the foosball table. It was so nice to have everything we needed provided to enjoy the lake. The paddle boats, canoe, kayaks, noodles and floaties made it easy to get out and have fun. I was thankful to not have to pack those things or rent them. The host Michelle was very nice, responsive and attentive. I would stay here next time I come to Lake Lanier.

Great Place to Unwind

House was in a great location; a quiet waterfront home just minutes from shopping and dining. The house was just what we were looking for in a weekend getaway. There were deer roaming everywhere which the kids loved. We would gladly come back.

Great Lake House in Great Location

We have stayed in several lake houses on lake Lanier and this was by far our best experience. The house is in a great location close to shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed swimming and using the paddle boat and 2 Kayaks. One of the best things that separates this house from others is the very easy walk down to the dock. This was the first lake house where my In-Laws (in their 80’s) have been able to walk to the dock and enjoy the view. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Weekend at Lake Lanier

This was a fantastic stay. Excellent property and communication. The house is perfect for a relaxing weekend. Located in a safe area. Although we did not use, there are alot of amenities on site. The house was clean, comfortable and simply perfect for our needs. We will return when in the area.

Fantastic month long summer stay

Michelle’s place is a quiet cove that opens to a body of water perfect for water sports before getting to “big water.” We waterskied, wake boarded, tubed, canoed, paddle boarded, and floated in the lovely warm water! Jet skied up to Gainesville! Ate, drank at Pirates Pete, fish tales, pig tales, twisted oar. Went to dueling pianos in Buford. And we went to Margaritaville! Every morning, I sat up on the dock with Cup of coffee on her comfortable chaise lounges. No biting bugs up there and best view!Most of the time it was like our own private lake! Her house was nicely air conditioned, spacious for 8 to play games in her living room. The fosse ball was fun! The kitchen was plenty big and well equipped. The blender rocked for great drinks! The washer dryer were really big. The extra fridge was great! Beds were really comfortable. We tubed the chatahoche, biked the beltline, did the trolley tour of Atlanta, got the city pass ( coca come museum, civil rights museum and Aquarium. Golfed x3! I recommend it all! We had our 3 adult 20 something year old kids snd few friends. We made great memories and really maximized our stay! The location for all the things were great. Plus we had hardly any rain. Any store you might need is 20 minutes. Thanks Michelle!!!!

Fantastic Weekend Getaway

Michelle is an amazing host and the house met all of our needs! She has lots of little touches that makes you feel at home. The property is in a quiet little cove and the deer will come out daily to say hi! My friends and I will be visiting again!
