Poorly maintained! Left a long list on the table in the unit for the owner. Did not reach out to host, as we had activities planned and really didn’t want them there with our stuff. Guest bath faucet leaked and obviously had been for quite some time, shower faucet handle very loose, and what appeared to be black mold behind door in guest bath. Shower in primary bath was awkward and didn’t really feel safe. Only used once in 2 weeks. Was a pet friendly rental, but there was an over abundance of dog hair everywhere. Night shirt was covered in it after the first nights sleep, lots under the primary bath vanity, and more found between the sofas that you couldn’t help but see when awkwardly trying to turn on the lamp between the sofas. Found dead flies in island cabinet closest to fridge when looking for a baking sheet and cookware. Was a grill provided, but it was gross! Also igniter didn’t work and lighter found in drawer was out of butane and/or didn’t work. We had to buy a lighter so we could burn off the crud on the grill to use it. Cabinets above stove were covered in grease and dust. Battery in smoke alarm went out at bed time on our 2nd or 3rd night-that is hard to control, but a spare battery could have been available. It is probably ok for a short stay, but it was not great for 2 weeks. After such good reviews left by others, we were very disappointed!

Bullhead City Stay

The property was just as advertised. There were no issues. The property was clean and everything we used worked properly. There was a nice covered area behind a fence for the car, which we appreciated. The neighbors on both sides of the property were very nice. One night there was a domestic brawl a few houses away, but other than that, the neighborhood was quiet. The owners were responsive to us and everything went smoothly. Nice stay.

Great Location

Our stay was great. We had everything that we needed. Location was extremely important to us. Grocery store was close by we were able to come back and have dinner after a long day at the park for soccer tournaments. It was a really perfect trip for us would definitely book again.

Bullhead City Balloon Festival

Property was easy to find and easy to access. We found everything neat and clean. Location was close to the park where the hot air balloon festival was being held. We were able to relax on the side patio ( the weather was great), we cooked a crockpot meal and watched the world series. We were very comfortable, would highly recommend and would seek to rent again if the need arises. Five stars.

Great place

This place is so nice. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, close to the main highway and grocery stores. The furnishings are so cheerful and they have these big fluffy towels to use after your shower. Plenty of parking and a really nice patio on the other side. Will definitely stay there again.
