Riverfront Oasis! Sleeps 9

Perfect location! Right on the river, close to all amenities and the casinos. We have plenty of fenced in parking. Private dock and beach. This Ocean themed has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, living room and full kitchen. BBQ and beautiful seating on the patio. The views are spectacular. You will love it!

This suite is spacious and cozy. Cleaned and sanitized. One master with full bathroom and slider. One bedroom with queen bed and a slider. One bedroom with 5 bunk beds. Two full bathrooms. Living room, dining table. Full kitchen with everything you need to cook inside or outside on the BBQ (propane provide). Private patio with plenty of seating. If you have a bigger group and need extra space, we have the house next door that sleeps 10, attach to the Ocean Suite is the Junior Pirate that sleeps 5, and next is the Pirate Villa that sleeps 7. Family and friends can enjoy private dock, and 300ft of riverfront beach. There is room to tie your boat or watercraft. Plenty of free parking for your trailer and more. The location is perfect!!!

You have access to the entire place. Large partial covered patio. On the property there is a gate in the grass area to go down to our private dock and beach. This area is shared with other vacation guests. You can use the dock to load and unload your boat and you can also tie your boat on the poles on the beach, at your own risk of course. We have about 300 Ft of beach area. The beach does vary with the water level throughout the day. We have ample space to park your boats, trailers and more. There is a launching at the Chamber of commerce less than a mile from the house. Everything you need is close!!

This property is also perfect for snowbirds. From October until April, you can get away from the cold winter months and stay in this perfect quiet place. All furnished, utilities included. Private furnished patio with BBQ grill. Right on the river! Everything you need. Just pack your bags and stay for the winter. If you are interested, please message me, Diane. Thank you.

Spring Break getaway

Best location on the river, right across from the casinos and a private beach and dock. Great decor and great communication with staff. Kids didn't want to leave and I can't blame them. Sitting on the porch watching the friendly ducks and beautiful river while having a morning coffee is amazing

Don’t think
 just book!

Clean, spacious and you couldn’t beat the view. Kitchen was stocked, bedding was fresh, towels were soft. The shower was fantastic. Pirate theme was so cute and has me about to redecorate. Diane was incredible, communication was exceptional!! This will be our only destination when coming out to enjoy the river from now on!! Thank you so much. This was an incredible experience!

Checking in was easy, humongous private parking, private dock worked out perfect for my JetSki‘s, the property was cleaned, AC was great, all the necessary things were there, I met the property owner Great Guy, all I can say is great things about this trip and this property thank you so much Diane!! you guys were awesome cannot wait to go back!!!

Best trip to date

This by far was the best trip we have done due to this location. The house was amazing right on the river with private beach access and private dock. We were close to restaurants and stores. Management was beyond amazing responding almost immediately to any question. We were granted a early check in with ease and no cost to us. This property even had skies to rent which made it so convenient. They even offered us a tent and beach seats . I am defiantly coming here again and sending all my friends to this location

Second time staying here within a year. Great house, close to everything. Even have your own dock

Beautiful place to vacation, big area for kids. The host's provide almost any device that is not equipped with engine. Surf board, paddle board. swimming gear, and even fishing poles. Enjoy a peaceful time by the water.

Perfect Laughlin vacation

Amazing location and property! Loved the private dock and beach, and the yard was groomed wonderfully allowing many fun outdoor games. Decor was so adorable in the ocean suite, appears the owner had alot of fun furnishing location, and the best quality items as well. Kitchen fully stocked with beautiful dishes and cooking utensils. 3 bathroom made a perfect addition for a family trip, with shampoo and conditioners provided. Will go again for sure. And, an added bonus was the use of life jackets, fishing rods, kayak and croquet.
