I was very disappointed in so many ways when pulled back covers you could see someone slept in it already there where dirty dishes in the dishwasher. If there was somewhere else we could of went that night we would have. I think we should of got our money back. When I asked for an extra pillow was told no. And Extra blankets. I would like my money back but the manager was not there to find there was always no one at the desk. Must of been doing something else I have no clue but we weren’t going to wait when we where checking out . So we left without getting our money back so please send us our money back. We were impressed with the size of the room and we were pleased that we were able to shut the ac off and open the windows to get fresh air on a cool Vermont evening.

The indoor pool and slide was very nice to have available since it rained and we had to bring the kids inside and cut the visit to the lake abruptly short.
