Slamming doors and loud noise on the floor all night long. Property becoming run down more each time stay here. Elevators out of service. No cleaning services over 4 days even though posted in room every other day.

The elevator to our floor was out of order, so we had to take the stairs with all of our luggage. There was no ice machine on our floor. There was no fan in our restroom. Overall, a tolerable experience, otherwise.

Stayed overnight for short stop after train ride to Burlington. Very nice property. Room was large and very clean. Loved the large bathroom. Breakfast was awesome with a good variety including hot meals. Great stay.

Very quiet place; lots of nice choices for breakfast. The room temperature couldn't be adjusted. It was below freezing outside for our entire stay but even though we "turned off" the room air for 48 hours, the temperature never went below 64 (we prefer to sleep at 58). The barn door for the bathroom doesn't provide a good sound or light block.
