Staff were friendly & polite, unfortunately the room was a bit disappointing, compact comes to mind:
Stains on bedding
Mattress uncomfortable
Took 2/3 attempts to turn off hot tap
Once toilet was flushed it sounded like it was dripping
And I am absolutely sure the washing machine(s) was at the back of our room and were going most of the night

Publié le 13 août 2023 sur HotelsReally lovely place to stay. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Food was excellent, all freshly made and good value. The Tea Room and Garden with large pond was lovely and if you have little ones there is a good play area. The beach is a few hundred yards away and as this isnt in the heart of Brean it is a quiet location.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Location is perfect with a lovely garden. We stayed in the court yard accommodation, which was adequate (just a little tired). Breakfast was very nice with great service. We would definitely stay here again.

Modern, spotless individual chalet style room. We would have no hesitation in booking again and were sorry we weren't staying longer.
