Welcoming family holiday home close to sea, beach, activities and country park

This three bedroom property is great for all the family with kitchen, lounge, dining room and three bedrooms. Outside there is a very pretty garden with Summer House and patio to enjoy the Summer sunshine. The coastal town of Burry Port is within walking distance with its quaint harbour and sandy beaches and Pembrey Country Park is a couple of minutes drive away where you will find a seven mile Blue Flag beach, forest walks, activities, play areas and model railway.

The property is also ideal for groups. If you are a golfer, cyclist, walker, or enjoy wildlife watching or other group the property sleeps up to six people. With a championship golf course a stones throw away and access to the Sustrans cycle Trail and Wales Coastal Path nearby this is the ideal place to stop before enjoying your day.

Lovely holiday at Shores Reach

Denise is a fabulous host, the property was everything as described. It is definitely a home from home and Denise had thought of everything, including extras on arrival which was a lovely surprise. The kitchen is fully equipped and even the cupboards was well stocked with everyday essentials. The beds was very comfortable we all slept very well. I could not fault the property and we loved the location and everyone was so friendly. It is a truly lovely place to stay. Thank you Denise.

Lovely House and Great Hospitality

Arriving at the house a complete Food and Drinks basket was available, making immediate shopping not necessary. Really great after a long journey! Everything as described, good beds, large bathroom, washing machine and dryer, and a wonderful garden. If you’re in need need of something, Denise is helping out very quickly! Your kids will love the good internet connection and Netflix. You can reach all points of interest by car in reasonable time from this location, but you also have great beach in Burry Port/Pembrey and the Pembrey Country Park is a visit worth. Very nice pubs and people, our favorite was the Red Lion Inn; if you want food in the Ship Aground you have to reserve because it is is so crowded.

A great getaway in a super setting

The house is delightful, from the minute you walk in the door you know you have made a good choice and your holiday will just keep getting better. The house is easy to find if you just look for the 3rd house along from the pub The Shipaground. A great pub, excellent food, lovely atmosphere and you wont here it from the house. The house has lovely extras around it which we were not expecting and you could get lost in the garden as its so massive but beautifully set up for being social or just chilling out. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you'd need and there is washing and drying as well. The kids loved their rooms and slept really well which was great as they need to relax and recharge just as much as us oldies. Burry Port is beautiful, there is so much to see and do around the area you can not possibly get board - whatever the weather throws at you. Thank you Denise for being so well organised in keeping in touch before our arrival and having such a lovely holiday home to share. We will be back .
