Spacious, bright, 140 m² apartment with lots of art and a 70 m² roof terrace. For couples, families, groups or business travellers.

Ideal for excursions of all kinds: hiking, cycling, canoeing, etc. Short journey to Cologne, Düsseldorf, Bonn, Wuppertal.

Good local amenities: many restaurants, snack bars, delivery services, supermarkets nearby.

Free parking in front of the house. The entrance to the apartment is at ground level. A staircase leads to the apartment on the first floor.

There are two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a very large living room, a very well-equipped kitchen and a roof terrace of approx. 70 m².

Living room
The living room has a large sofa bed that can sleep two people, a spacious living room suite and a dining area for up to ten people.

Kitchen
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Induction cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine, fridge with freezer compartment. There is crockery for up to twelve people.

Bedroom 1
The first bedroom has a double bed with two separate mattresses, a bathroom with shower and washbasin.

Bedroom 2
Bedroom 2 has two single beds that can be set up together or separately.

Heating
The living area and kitchen are heated by underfloor heating or air conditioning. Additional heaters are located in the master bathroom and bedrooms.

Additional services
In the apartment there is a separate room with a washing machine and dryer that can be used by arrangement.
There is a men's mountain bike and a ladies' bicycle, both non-electric, that can be used free of charge.

Behind the house there are approx. 2000 m² of meadow/garden with an adjoining grove that can be used by arrangement. Ideal for children, who can play and romp around there without cars.

Arrival: usually someone is on site and hands over the key. In case of absence, there is a key safe where the key for the apartment is stored.

During the stay, we can be reached by guests by mobile phone or via WhatsApp or SMS.

By public transport: the nearest bus stop is Kuckenberg, about a 5-minute walk from the apartment. From there, take the express bus to Burscheid or Leverkusen Opladen. From Leverkusen Opladen, there are several train and bus connections per hour to Cologne and Düsseldorf.
