Is at the center of Haeundae Beach. Very luxurious. Staff are super nice and polite. It has a convenient store and a starbucks on property make it convenient. Love the ocean view from the room

We did like everything about the hotel except for the pool. The outdoor pool was really super small, the picture is deceiving….only 4 chairs. It is also filled to the brim with kids. Which is great if you have them, but we were looking for a more relaxing pool situation.

The hotel was beautiful and in prime location just steps from the beach and the restaurants. Check-in was smooth and quick and the front desk was vey courteous. However the rest of the staff was hit or miss. The hotel has a lot of rules especially regarding their pool. Elevators were very slow and often full so we had to wait a long time especially in the am. The gym was nice with a beautiful beach view. Just note that Haeundae is 45 min-1hour away from all other attractions im Busan. jagalchi market, the villages, BFF, and even Busan train station is atleast 45 min away and takes much longer during rush hours. This hotel also seems like it caters to families with small children.

It was THE BEST stay we had stayed in Korea this summer! Loved their warm hospitality! We were presently surprised that we were able to check-in before 3pm. Most Korean hotels won’t let you check in b4 3. Our room got upgraded and a recently renovated property was beautiful. The location was perfect too-beach front and right in the middle of haeundae beach-very convenient and easy to get around. We appreciated a prompt housekeeping service (every time we left the room and turned on « make up room » light , it was nicely done right away. A pool attendant was very flexible and let my 6 year old son who can swim not wear a life jacket which can be irritating in some other hotels in Korea. Overall we really enjoyed our stay! Will definitely be back when we visit Busan again!

Great hotel and good stay, but not quite 5 stars. Pool was pretty average, save for the infinity aspect. Rooms are starting to feel a bit dated, especially the bathroom. That said, great staff, EXCELLENT gym. Breakfast is ridiculously overpriced.
