오션뷰 객실이 아닌 객실타입에 객실 창밖 바다사진을 올려놓는 것은 소비자 기만이 아닐까요? 평일에 평소보다 비싼 비용을 지불하고 홈페이지에 올려놓은 객실사진을 보고 예약했는데 오션뷰 객실은 따로 있고 이 타입의 객실은 오션뷰가 아니라고 합니다. 실제로 창밖은 건물만 가득했고 우리집 뷰보다 못한 객실에서 한 해의 마지막 날을 보냈습니다. 객실자체는 나쁘지 않고 수영장도 괜찮지만 그 외 편의시설은 전무하다시피 해서 (무인카페는 커피를 마시기엔 분위기가 너무 아쉽고, 조식 아닌 식사를 할 수 있는 레스토랑은 평일에는 손님이 아무도 없고 분위기도 썰렁해 돌아나와야 했음) 호텔을 생각하고 가면 아쉬운 점이 너무 많습니다. 다른건 둘째치고 마티에스위트 객실은 실제 객실 뷰에 맞는 사진으로 교체하시기 바랍니다.

호텔 객실은 편안하고 좋았지만 서비스는 매우 아쉬운 곳이었습니다. 계속해서 올라오는 담배연기로 괴로운 숙박일정이었고, 적절한 조치를 취하지 못했습니다. 해외 이용자가 사용시 불편함음 느낄 수 있다고 생각합니다.
