The fact we had our own undercover single car carport was awesome (including open door area), the room layout was impressive, the washing machine and dyer in our room was a first for us. The outdoor area with our own BBQ was exceptional, the Queen size bed was extremely comfortable. Well situated with easy walking distance to all amenities.
A centrally located property within easy walking distance of all Dunsborough's attractions. The apartment room I stayed in while comfortable & well appointed had only one small frosted glass window & therefore lacked natural light. The rooms decor & furnishings are also dark and do not reflect the light, colour & beauty of the local environment which is a shame.That said, the staff are friendly, the location great and other accommodation options may provide a more authentic Dunsborough experience.
The property was perfect for two people. It had all the amenities we could ask for, the bed was extremely comfortable and having two full bathrooms, one with a spa, was a bonus. We loved the oriental inspired décor. Parking right outside the door was good. Being within walking distance to all the shops and eateries was great as there is such a selection. Three supermarkets within reach was also good. The complex is also very close to the beach with more cafes and water craft hire, or just swimming with the stingrays. We had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
This is an excellent location, particularly on a busy long weekend when parking is so hard - walking to the beach, cafes, shopping, pub. The room was good, though the shared entrances were a surprise. There is an outdoor area for seating though smokers used it a bit. Bed was comfortable, lots of people disregarded the accessibility sign on parking and used them without permits which was frustrating.
Went to check in and no one was there, 3 of us were waiting. We tried calling the number the mobile number at reception but the phone was left in the office. Eventually someone came after waiting, I would suggest bringing the phone if you’re helping other people at the villa. Room was okay was dusty in some areas, no microwave and small fridge not great. Parking was hit or miss there is a back area for parking, but it was full just parked on at the front.
What a week! Travelling on my own and being able to walk everywhere in town was great. The Pour House is great, Occys brewery is right there and even the local pub. Beautiful area... Wish I could have stayed longer. Thank you 👍😊
We stayed in 23C. It was nice and quiet on the outside of the property.
Few issues we had…dishwasher wasn’t cleaning properly, fridge water wasn’t running properly, the upstairs bed would squeak every time the kids moved in it, waking us up. The en-suite bathroom basins/taps didn’t fit each other so it was very hard to wash hands.
The upstairs balcony was lovely to sit and relax however the downstairs balcony furniture was too dirty to sit on. The air con from upstairs was also dripping on to the downstairs balcony.
The vila could do with a bigger kitchen bin.
Pool is nothing to get excited about but nice and close to the beach and close to the shops.
Lockable garage and clothes line to dry wet towels and bathers.
Very central to Dunsborough coffee shops, supermarkets etc. Furniture in unit very old and dark - did not unpack into the cupboard or use the side tables.
Nice spabath and shower.
Perfect location in Dunsborough - close to both shops and the beach. Lots of drink/food options close by.

Whilst the location was fantastic and central the apartment can best be described as tired. Parking left a lot to be desired and was difficult. The apartment we had (26c) lacked privacy inasmuch the entrance to another apartment meant we had to have blinds shut all day.
It was very nice but we had trouble getting our key because we were using the “ other” key box punch pad. There were two boxes and we used the bigger one several times to no avail. We a bit frantic. No one yo call at 7.30 pm at night. Luckily we tried the other key pad and that worked. Had trouble finding our unit. Map on the door not that easy to see or read
The accommodation with very central within the Dunsborough shopping and entertainment precinct, making them all within walking distance.
The apartment was comfortable, clean and well equipped with everything you need for a short term or long term stay.
The close proximity to the beach for those early morning walks was also a strong point.
The property location is fantastic in the heart of town within walking distance to the beach, shops, and Cafes. Apartment-style room with a safe, spa, and comfortable beds. The only negative was no kitchen area. Was always able to get parking on location. Overall a great spot and stay, would definitely book again.

Situation of the property is good however the property is aging and needs repairs to. the property the room we had the door was sticking and a little hard to open.all the clings were broken and in need of repair or replace and they had a lot of dust on them and I think the price was a little high.
