The property has beds to sleep 6 guests only
BED 1 – Queen bed (downstairs)
BED 2 - Queen bed (upstairs)
BED 3 - 2 King single bunk beds (upstairs)

Pillows, cotton blankets and quilts are provided at the property. Guests can bring their own linen or hire linen for your stay. Linen hire includes sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats, tea towels, and face washers.

Pet Friendly! No more than two dogs. Due to the wooden floors, they must be less than 15kgs in weight. Please state the breed when booking. City of Busselton local laws apply. Dogs - $20 per night, per dog .

We supply STARTER essentials like tea, coffee, sugar, basic cleaning products, soap bar, bin bag, sponge, washing powder, and toilet roll to make your arrival care-free whilst you get time to hit the shops. These are STARTER BASICS only & are not replenished during your stay.

Check out is before 10am. After 3.00pm check in unless otherwise arranged. We will do our best to accommodate your requests if we can.

ID will need to be provided after booking.
As per City of Busselton registration requirements the names of all guests staying at the house will be required.

Lovely location and beautiful property

We stayed at this property with our family who were visiting from interstate. This was a great location in Busselton. The property was great for a family group of 6 people. Plenty of room and beautifully presented.

Nice little place

Place was alright. Decent location. We had to buy a mattress topper as the bed was quite firm but that was just to our taste. Only gripe is that linen for the beds are at an extra fee of 60 per room on top of the initial price and every other BnB we have stayed at the linen was included.

We had a lovely stay as a family and our fur babies. Communication was great with Leanne even messaging to say stock was running low in the shops. House immaculate with basic ammenities provided like body wash and cleaning supplies which was much appreciated. Lovely quiet street and location was ideal. Would highly recommend. Would recommend adding linen package on.

Never book with vrbo again

The place is stunning but never use vrbo to book a stay they over charge you but you don’t see it when you book and they put things on the website that are not in the property very unpleasant

Amazing stay in Busselton

We loved the property and location. Close to the beach, restaurants and quick to get in and out of Busselton in a couple of minutes. Leanne was an amazing host and the house was nice and cool, taking into consideration that we were there in the hottest day in the middle of a heatwave we were super comfortable in the house. The outdoor area was really well designed as whatever time of the day it was both the table and the comfortable chairs were always in the shade. We love our stay and will recommend/certainly be back sometime in the future. Thank you Leanne!

Busselton bliss

This property is very comfortable. The beds are comfortable, the lounge furniture and the beds are super comfortable and the outdoor furniture is comfortable. We felt relaxed and at home in this lovely modern home.

Just wonderful!

Our stay in Busselton was wonderful. Myself, my husband, our 1 year old and 2 dogs had a brilliant time. The property is beautiful and was incredibly clean and modern. I couldn't fault it and we'll definitely be staying again!
