Great house in a quiet street.
Walk to the shops or the beach (including the dog beach) in a matter of minutes. There is no need to take the car when you go out for dinner. We are a 2 minute walk from the Bungalow, Lady Lola, Blue Manna and Yarri.
Large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen.
HIgh speed WIFI and Fetch TV
Huge secure back yard, plenty of space to kick a ball or just chill out.

You can walk into town in the morning and either have a full cooked breakfast at one of the cafés, or alternatively, grab some fresh bread and coffee from the bakery and sit under the peppermint trees and watch the birds in the huge back garden.

The house has a huge master bedroom upstairs with a walk in robe and en suite and a sofa and TV.

It is an ideal getaway any time of the year, having either split system air conditioning or ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, and a split system air con in the main living area and master bedroom.

There is no need to take your car out if you want to go to dinner, all the town centre restaurants are less than 5 minutes away.

There are bedrooms and a toilet and bathroom on the ground floor so the house is also ideal for elderly guests who don't wish to use the stairs.

Sleeps up to 9 people.

The location is superb, so handy for walking to the beach and the shops. Lorraine was lovely to deal with and we found the house well equipped and comfortable. You can't see it in the photos so for those wondering, there are 2 queen bed rooms downstairs and upstairs there is a huge king room and another room with a queen bed and two singles.

We stayed there for the weekend. Everyone was impressed with the house. It's a real family house. Walking distance from the shops, cafes and bars, yet a quiet place to stay. The house was neat and clean. Lorraine is a friendly lady, who responds quickly to any questions.

Such a fantastic location

We really enjoyed our stay, the garden was perfect for Rod the dog, beds were very comfy and the kitchen one of the best equipped I have ever encountered at a holiday house. Terrific location, a stones throw from town. Will stay again!

Great location let down by poor amenity

Great location but let down by the details - no soap in any of the bathrooms. No batteries in one of the remotes. No remote for fan in second bedroom. All solvable but frustrating and leaving a poor impression.

Really well located in Dunsborough close to beach and intown. House is perfect for dogs. Good size rooms and plenty of space. Lorraine made check-in easy and even got a late checkout which was awesome. Would definitely stay again.

Happy Easter in Dunsborough

Lorraine's property was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 3 tiny dogs. The outside entertainment area is a lovely quiet space which our dogs loved. The new bathroom is lovely and the kitchen is well equipped with excellent cookware. The house is in a great location being close to the town centre and the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our Easter break in Dunsborough.
