The Space:

Rustic charm meets modern elegance in this architecturally designed chalet, set within a tranquil olive farm estate that embraces the natural beauty of Yallingup Siding. Surrounded by a serene lake and olive groves, you’ll feel instantly relaxed the moment you arrive.



Step into the living area bathed in natural light, with large windows offering picture-perfect views across the lake. Plush furnishings and reverse-cycle air conditioning ensure a cosy atmosphere year-round. The well-equipped kitchenette includes a stove, mini oven, fridge, kettle, and toaster—perfect for cooking up a leisurely breakfast or prepping local produce for the BBQ. The dining area features floor-to-ceiling bi-fold doors that open seamlessly to the outdoors, offering peaceful views of the surrounding landscape where kangaroos often wander past.



Rest easy in the king-sized bedroom, with soft linen and tranquil surroundings, while the ensuite bathroom adds a touch of luxury with a deep bathtub—ideal for long soaks after a day of exploring.



Wi-Fi, parking, and all linens are included, along with access to a shared laundry with a washing machine in the hallway (please bring your own laundry powder), providing everything you need for a stress-free countryside escape.



The chalet is pet-friendly and welcomes well-behaved dogs. If travelling with a pet, please include them in your guest numbers at the time of booking. Please note the chalets are unfenced, and the surrounding area includes access to deep water, so pets should be supervised. Kangaroos are common in the area, and other dogs may be staying in nearby chalets, so we recommend keeping pets under control or on a lead during your stay.

Guest Access:

During your stay, you and your group will have the entire chalet to yourselves. Please note, this unit is located on a working farm with other dwellings in close proximity. Please make yourselves at home!



The Neighborhood:

This chalet offers a serene countryside retreat with convenient access to the region's attractions. Early mornings often bring sightings of western grey kangaroos grazing nearby, providing an authentic Australian experience.



A short drive away, explore the fascinating limestone formations of Ngilgi Cave or relax on the sandy shores of Smiths Beach and Yallingup Beach—perfect for swimming or surfing. Nearby wineries like Aravina Estate offer gourmet dining and world-class wines, while the charming town of Dunsborough is ideal for boutique shopping and coastal café hopping. Parking: On-site parking is provided.



Airport: Busselton Margaret River Airport is a 35-minute drive away.



Public transport: There are no public transport options nearby.

Please read and respect the house rules. This is very much appreciated, thank you! Before your arrival, we will also share a house guide that contains instructions on how to access the property, use certain appliances, and anything else you may need to know.



We are pet-friendly—please add the number of pets you're travelling with and let us know about your furry friend at the time of booking. Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times when outside.



Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.



Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.



Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
