Al Vecchio Pozzo is located 2 km (1 mi) from Buti, Italy and only 24 km (15 mi) from Lucca. Vacation rental Al Vecchio Pozzo is a beautiful stone building (70 sq m) that includes private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to four guests comfortably.

The house has a large, fully fenced garden (part with a net, part with a 70cm stone wall and a hedge).

Upon arrival at Al Vecchio Pozzo you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property perfect for a peaceful holiday in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - visiting museums, shopping, sightseeing or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Also available outdoors are a barbecue grill and playground. Das Haus entspricht der Beschreibung.Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Der Pool ist super. Leider sind alle SchrÀnke mit irgendwelchen Sachen voll. Die Stromkosten sind nicht transparent, extrem teuer. Den Pool muss man zweimal bezahlen, im Mietpreis und bei den Stromkosten. Deshalb können wir es nicht weiter empfehlen

Pool und Haus waren sehr ordentlich und sauber. Der Gastgeber spricht leider nur italienisch. Der Hund auf dem NachbargrundstĂŒck war sehr nervig. Das stĂ€ndige bellen auch nachts hat sehr gestört. Die Abrechnung des Stromes war mit 60 Cent pro kw zu hoch zumal der Strompreis unter 40 Cent liegt

Das kleine Haus im toskanischen Stil war sehr sauber und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Die Außenanlagen sind natĂŒrlich mega toll. Der Pool, der riesen Garten, die Außendusche, AußenkĂŒche ... und vielen liebevollen Details. Vincenzo ist ein sehr netter Gastgeber

Het privé zwembad geeft je het gevoel van totale ontspanning. Wij hebben genoten. Het is een mooi huis met een vriendelijk en behulpzame eigenaar. Wij hebben ons goed vermaakt in het zwembad, die wij elke ochtend schoon aantroffen ( blaadjes uit het water ,bodem schoongemaakt enz). Tevens is het huis een mooie uitvalsbasis voor tripjes naar steden zoals Lucca, Pisa en Florence. Kortom, wij komen zeker een keer terug. We had a great time in the pool, which we found clean every morning (leaves out of the water, bottom cleaned etc). The house is also a great base for trips to cities such as Lucca, Pisa and Florence. In short, we will definitely come back.

Ich hatte eine tolle, erholsame Zeit in meinem Ferienhaus. Die Anlage ist in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner, als auf den Fotos. Es ist ein ruhiger Ort wo man sich super erholen kann. Der Swimmingpool ist sauber und man verbringt fast den ganzen Tag darin. Es hat sogar eine Aussendusche und WC. Das ist sehr praktisch. Auch das Haus ist sehr sauber. Die Stube und KĂŒche sind gut eingerichtet und das man 2 TĂŒren aufmachen kann, gibt einem das typisch italienische Flair... Im oberen Stock stehen 2 Betten und das schöne Badezimmer. Auch hier ist alles sehr sauber. Vincenzo, der Gastgeber ist in unglaublich lieber und ruhiger Italiener, dem das Wohl seiner GĂ€ste am Herzen liegt. Trotz eines schweren Unfalls, hat er darauf bestanden jeden Tag seine Arbeit zu verrichten. Ich habe ihn richtig gern bekommen. Ich habe viel von der Gegend gesehen und war unzĂ€hlige Male in Lucca zum Shoppen. Ich sehne mich bereits jetzt schon wieder nach Buti. Grossen Dank an alle: Vincenzo, FeWo und vor allem Easy Reserve. Der Service ist grossartig und die Angestellten sind unglaublich hilfsbereit und sehr, sehr freundlich. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen. Herzlichen Dank. Ich ging gut erholt und glĂŒcklich nach Hause zurĂŒck

Erholung pur

Ich brauchte eine Auszeit. Darum 3 Wochen Italien. Die Gegend ist toll. Der Gastgeber, Vincenzo, ist ein lieber, zuvorkommender, bescheidener Italiener. Jeden Morgen frĂŒh ist er gekommen und hat nach dem Rechten gesehen. Jeder Frage hat er beantwortet. Ich dĂŒrfe ihn auch Nachts anrufen, wenn ich Probleme habe. Durch ihn, fĂŒhlte ich mich als Alleinstehende Frau total sicher und wohl. Die Ausstattung ist klein, aber sauber. Auch draussen hat es noch ein extra WC und Dusche. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen. Die Fotos werden der Natur nicht gerecht. Wenn man davor steht ist alles noch viel schöner. Gerne wieder.

Es war alles mehr als super!! Wir sind schon das 8 Mal mit dem Auto in Urlaub gefahren und haben daher mehrere FerienhĂ€user gesehen, so sauber wie dieses war noch keins! Ein anderes positives Beispiel war: Die Klimaanlage oben hatte nicht funktioniert, wir haben das dem HauseigentĂŒmer mitgeteilt, zwei Tage spĂ€ter hatten wir eine nagelneue Klimaanlage. Im Ort gibt einen Laden (Merendero), der BĂ€cker, Metzger, Restaurant und Bar in einem ist, die Brötchen sind nicht so toll aber der Kaffee und die KaffeestĂŒckchen sind super. Wir haben das erste Mal ĂŒber EasyReserve gebucht und waren wirklich positiv ĂŒberrascht. Die Kontaktaufnahme, Buchung verlief alles reibungslos. Auch Abitare Lucca war sehr hilfreich. Obwohl nichts von einer Aussentoilette in der Beschreibung stand war eine am Pool vorhanden. Jeden Morgen wurde der Pool vom HauseigentĂŒmer gesĂ€ubert. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Everything was more than great !! We have been driving 8 times by car and therefore have seen several holiday homes, as clean as this one was not one! Another positive example was: the air conditioning upstairs did not work, we told the homeowner, two days later we had a brand new A/C. In the village there is a shop (Merendero) which is baker, butcher, restaurant and bar - all in one, the rolls are not so great but the coffee and cakes are great. We booked through EasyReserve for the first time and were really pleasantly surprised. The contact, booking went smoothly. Abitare Lucca was also very helpful. Although nothing of an outside toilet in the description, there was one at the pool available. Every morning the pool was cleaned by the owner. All in all, it was a very nice relaxing holiday.
