Stylish Modern Buxton Town House

Modern 3 bedroom house converted from former stone built factory units situated in a quiet mews just 150m from the market place.

The house is 'upside down' with the main living quarters upstairs. Upstairs there is a very well equipped modern kitchen/diner/lounge with a central bar, induction hob, oven and grill, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave and espresso. The lounge area has deep, luxury leather sofa and snug chair, 65" Sky glass TV with Sky Cinema and Sports. Off the kitchen and landing is a spacious terrace with garden furniture and table for al-fresco dining. The master bedroom shares an en-suite bathroom with the bunk bed room.

Downstairs the property is accessed through the spacious garage which has an electric door and space for a large SUV and bike storage. The downstairs bedroom is very large and has a shower room opposite. There is also a second lounge with Sky TV and a Utility room with washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.

The property is equipped with electric blinds throughout and mood lighting in the living areas and main bedrooms.

The house was spacious, clean, modern and well appointed. We really liked the location, it's walkable to the town centre, park, caves and Go Ape.
