Completely fenced, your privacy is guaranteed so that you can relax completely. For additional relaxation, you can unwind in the sauna or soak in the hot tub right by the pool on the terrace. Around the pool you will find comfortable sun loungers perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a good book with your favourite drink.



The outdoor kitchen is fully equipped for social gatherings where grilling delicious meals and sharing snacks with family or friends will create unforgettable moments.



The villa itself is a single-storey building and sleeps a total of 6 guests in two bedrooms. Both rooms have an en-suite bathroom, a TV and air conditioning. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can sleep two more guests.



The villa has a smooth, level floor plan throughout, including the terrace, car park and outdoor courtyard, making it easily accessible for guests with special needs.
