Open, breezy house with air conditioning if things are particulalry hot. It's perfectly positioned for convenient access to the beach, town and surf spots including The Pass so it caters for all preferences for a family or large group.

The house is perfect for up to two families. The location is second to none for Byron and it just made our holiday….

The view is awesome, location could not be better. We spent time here with 10 people (2 families), found a very well equipped kitchen and the balcony with the sea view which works almost like a bar was our favorite place .Landlord is very professional and everything is being handled very smooth and quick.Byron bay is a great place as well but that’s a different storyWe would definitely be happy to come back and spend more time at this great and highly recommended place

Great location, beautiful home

Great location, just a short walk into town, lovely home layout, styled nicely. The BBQ was rusted out and the outdoor table was rusty, but a new flat pack table was delivered during our stay for the owners so that will be replaced now. The pool was very cold without heating in May. Pool tiles need regular cleaning, a bit of slippery moss. Lovely outdoor area with beautiful day beds. Comfy beds and bunks. A great stay overall.
