An expansive covered deck overlooks the sunny garden and is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. With a four‑burner BBQ, outdoor dining and an additional television for catching the latest match, this space is designed for effortless family living and long, lazy afternoons.

Three bedrooms and the family bathroom sit just off the main living area. The master bedroom features an ensuite, walk‑in robe and double glazing, creating a peaceful, private oasis. Downstairs, a separate twin room with ensuite and its own entrance is ideal for older kids or guests seeking extra privacy.

Split‑system air conditioning in each bedroom and the living area allows everyone to set their preferred comfort level.
