Nestled on the scenic shores of Lake Namakagon near Cable, Wisconsin, the cabin features an ensuite bedroom with a private bath, two additional bedrooms, another bathroom, and an inviting open kitchen and living space. Centrally located on the 3,000-acre Lake Namakagon—renowned for trophy musky and walleye fishing—the property offers plenty of room for water sports, a level walk to the dock, and easy access to lakeside restaurants by land or water.
Within walking distance, you'll find a fully stocked convenience store, a restaurant famous for its mouthwatering pizza, and a full-service bar, adding to the property's unique charm. Whether you're relaxing on the screened porch watching a stunning sunset, fishing from the dock, or exploring nearby trails, you'll quickly realize why this is the “Hideaway” you've been searching for. Snowmobiling enthusiasts will also enjoy convenient lake access during winter.
Please note:
Rate based on 6 people, this includes Adults and Children. There is a $30.00 charge per person per night, up to a maximum occupancy of 7 people.
Towels are not provided, please bring bath, swimming and kitchen towels.
There is a light blanket on the bed with fresh linens and pillows. If you prefer a heavier blanket, please bring one along with you.

Annual summer family trip

Ebert’s Hideaway was an ideal lakefront location. We loved that the cabin had two baths and a screened-in porch. The close proximity to the Loon Saloon was an added bonus.

Family vacation

We had a great time at your cottage!! We stayed for a long weekend with our kids, grandchild and dogs. was plenty of room for all of us. Especially loved the screen porch Was great being able to dock the boat and keep it in all weekend. The Lake was a lot of fun to explore and fish. We will come back to this area again.

Beautiful location

We had such a wonderful time! Cabin was as advertised and more spacious than expected. The property was beautiful and we would love to spend time here in the summer too as the patio, porch, and outdoor space were great. There would be space for lawn games too, and beautiful sunsets! Cabin was clean. Bathrooms were spacious. Communication was excellent throughout.

Great fall vacation in Cable and Lake Namekagon

Best rental property for families. Lots of amenities including screened porch, deck, clean comfortable beds and furniture in spacious heated cabin with satellite TV. Within walking distance to Loon Saloon for some groceries, food, drink, and entertainment..

Wonderful Cabin on Namakagon Lake

Great location on a quiet dead-end road. Beautiful view of the lake. Gorgeous sun rise views. Large yard, nice fire pit, plenty of space for parking a truck and boat along with other cars. Very nice cabin with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

Perfect for our wants and needs!

Ebert's Hideaway has everything we need for a cabin vacation getaway with friends...a nearby boat landing, great dock for our 22' pontoon, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 3 awesome places 6 people can comfortably eat and play games. There's a table and chairs in the dining area, screened in porch and new composite deck. This was our 2nd year here and we're looking forward to a 3rd!

Family vacation

The property was clean and contained everything we needed. We had a small glitch in receiving our check in information, but it didn’t cause any major problems. The sun room was my favorite place to spend time. It is very peaceful! There was more than enough room for our group of 5. We never felt crowded. Kitchen was well equipped with all the dishes, pans and utensils we needed. I recommend this location if you are looking to stay in the Cable area!

So much better than the pictures even show! Spacious and bright; huge, private deck. The screen porch is so comfortable! Definitely hope to stay again. Communication from property manager was very helpful and detailed.
