The Space:
Casa Vista by Ronival is your ideal destination for a comfortable getaway in a luxurious Cabo community. From the moment you step in, you'll be captivated by the cozy decor. The home offers three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, along with a fully-equipped kitchen, a back patio and a private rooftop complete with a Jacuzzi.
On the second floor, you'll find the three bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom:
- The master bedroom is exceptionally spacious, featuring a king-size bed, smart TV, and a stunning balcony that showcases breathtaking ocean views.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to the house as well as all the amenities that Vista Vela has to offer. The community features a thoughtfully designed layout that affords unobstructed views of Cabo San Lucas Bay for everyone. Additional amenities include 24-hour security, covered parking spaces for all units (with additional street parking for visitors outside the gate), a large infinity community pool, a separate kids' pool, a green playground area, and a spacious clubhouse complete with a gym, lounge, and snack bar.
The Neighborhood:
Vista Vela is a picturesque community situated along the Cabo Corridor, just five minutes from downtown. Conveniently located next to Costco for easy shopping, the community is also a mere 10-minute Uber ride away from Medano Beach. The first phase, where Vista Alegre is located, comprises 72 condos and 40 single-family homes. The community features a well-designed layout that provides unobstructed views of Cabo San Lucas Bay for all residents, although the condos enjoy the most spectacular views. Additional amenities include 24-hour security, covered parking spaces for all units (with street parking for visitors available outside the gate), a large infinity community pool, a separate kids' pool, a green playground area, and a spacious clubhouse complete with a gym, lounge, and snack bar.

Renting a car is a good idea to comfortably move around, let us know and we will be glad to help arrange car rental and/or private transportation to/from Airport.
According to community rules and regulations, the maximum occupancy for this condo is 6 guests and cannot be exceeded at any time. Additional guests beyond this limit are not permitted. Reservations arriving with more guests than those originally booked and registered will be denied check-in. Daytime visitors to the condo are welcome, provided that the maximum occupancy is not exceeded. A $250 USD fine is applicable if this rule is violated.

In order to maintain a secure and enjoyable environment for all our guests, we do not permit external vendors inside our properties. Our concierge service is available to recommend trusted vendors for any assistance you may need. Thank you for your understanding.
We accept monthly reservations, however, an additional refundable security deposit of 300 USD for each month may apply, please confirm this before booking.
Interaction with Guests:
While we want you to freely enjoy your stay, be assured that our Property Management and Concierge staff will be at your service since you book and through your stay for any question or reservation you may need. Security staff is available on site 24 hours
We really liked this property a lot in terms of the space, amenities, etc. Had everything we needed for cooking as well as stocked with all the paper products we needed. Also included shampoo and conditioner. The location is a bit further from town and so we took an Uber into town each day and back but it takes minutes to get one once you order it on the app - very fast! There is a lot of construction nearby on both sides of the condo and so it created a layer of dust on the rooftop deck. The view is half obstructed as well due to the large building in front of the condo. Overall we really like having the space we had here and the hot tub on the roof was used often:).
We didn't actually stay at this property as we were warned by the property mangement company (Ronival) that due to construction next door there was going to be noise. Our property manager Gaby gave us the opportunity to move to a similar property at Copala in Quivira. The property at Copala was impressive and the resort phenomenal. We plan to go back next year and Ronival in the role as conciege made everyting easy for us while we were there. Both Omar and Gaby were great at helping deal with any and all issues that came up. 5-star vacation.
