Come be our guest and see the beauty we have found in the Mexican Baja. Our 1bd/1bath condo is located on the Sea of Cortez and its about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Cabo. Comfort & privacy awaits you with a patio overlooking the Sea of Cortez and our resort pool. The resort offers 2 beaches: Monument Beach which is for the experienced surfer and Cabo Bello beach which is perfect for snorkeling, sunbathing, relaxing and feeding a variety of fish which will eat out of your hand just bring some bread. Our building has a very large pool that overlooks the Sea of Cortez, cruise ships and yachts. Our condo includes 2 55inch smart T.V's and high speed WIFI where you can work remotely if need to. Included in the condo are 2 tommy bahama chairs, beach umbrella, towels, cooler and a beach bag. Our condo comes equipped with a Queen Size Sleep Number Bed and 2 mini split air conditioners. Our kitchen is stocked with Mexican hand blown glassware ( please hand wash ), fiestaware, dishware, pots and pans, utensils, blender, toaster, coffee pot, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator. There is also on-demand hot water. You will want to dine outside on our handmade patio table. As our guest you will have access to our pool and a designated parking stall for the unit. The T.V's are connected to WIFI so you will be able to log into your Netflix, Disney+ and Prime accounts. There is a on-site store that is open from 8am - 8pm, they have fresh fruits, beer, ice, spirits and other basic foods. We have provided coasters for your drinks, please use them for the furniture and counter tops.

We now have a poolside bar and restaurant, Monuments Bar & Grill, where guests can enjoy food and drinks while taking in the beautiful views overlooking Monuments Beach. Enjoyed our stay

The accommodations were great, the property however could use some attention. The bathrooms at the pool were locked and the area was a bit under cared for. But we didn’t book the trip to stay on the property so overall the experience was great. We will gladly book again in the future.

Beautiful setting

My husband and I stayed a month in this condo. It was very clean. The view was amazing! It was all that it was advertised to be. A bonus was we were given a connection to a uber driver by the hosts which made for less stress as the driver was delightful and if he couldn’t make it, he found someone one else for us when we needed a ride. The few questions we asked were answered promptly. We had a great time! Having said that, there was one problem. In the interest of having clients have a convenient place for their phones at all times, there was a small shelf mounted at the head of the bed on either side of the bed. Good thought but harmful execution. Within the first few days, my husband and I both caught our heads on the sharp corner of the small shelf. You couldn’t see it at night when getting up to use the bathroom. We solved the problem (after me hitting my head a second time and getting a goose egg) by remaking the bed and putting our heads at the foot of the bed. We emailed owners and they are considering changing things up. I don’t know what the follow up will be but I hope in the interest of safety, something will be done. Connie

I cannot imagine a better stay in Cabo. This place in Missiones is awesome. Clean, newly redone, and just as described! The check in and out were so easy. I will stay here as often as I can get to Cabo! Well done.

Wonderful Unit with Nice View

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It's newly remodeled with new furnishings. The unit has secured designated parking, fast wi-fi, smart TVs, and is walking distance to two beaches. Beach umbrella, towel and chairs, condiments, welcome beer and water were nice extras. Location is great; 10-15 minute drive to downtown/marina and Chileno Beach. I would not hesitate to rent again from Jim and Debbie. They are great hosts and very responsive.
