While the beach directly in front of Diamante is not swimmable, it offers 1.5 miles of pristine white sand — perfect for peaceful walks, morning jogs, or sunset watching accompanied by the soothing sound of Pacific waves. For swimming, nearby beaches include Medano Beach, Santa Maria Bay, and Chileno Bay.

Swimmable Beaches are:
Medano Beach: this beach is very popular and it is located toward downtown Cabo. Many hotels and restaurants are located along this beach making it very busy during high season. You can take a taxi and can easily find a taxi to bring you back to Diamante.

Santa Maria Bay: this beach is located approximately 25 min. from Diamante and is very popular for snorkeling. There are no restaurants on the beach so you must bring your own food/drinks, towels and shade. If it is very windy, the current can get pretty strong making the waves quite big. It is best to take rental car for a day and drive to the beach since there are no taxis stationed or reserve private transportation through Diamante.

Chileno Bay: this beach is located approximately 30 min. from Diamante, this beach is also good for snorkeling and is longer than Santa Maria. They have bathrooms and showers but not restaurants, so you will need to bring your own food/drinks, towels and shade. It is best to rent a car for a day and drive to the beach since there are no taxis stationed or reserve private transportation through Diamante.

This unit does not include a jacuzzi/hot tub or a golf cart for daily use. Information on renting a golf cart will be provided after booking confirmation.

There is ongoing construction throughout the property. However, previous guests have shared that it did not impact the enjoyment of their stay.
